Thanks Halls - you’re a laugh with afternoon tea, too!
I guess if you don't laugh, you'll cry. Worrying financials here and everything heading the wrong direction but the mention of competition is the scariest word of all
i've come to the conclusion that 'halls' is an ai bot.
anyway, thanks for a very amusing read with an early morning coffee and a ***.
your daily quips (well, they can't really be considered as serious, can they?) come as a welcome relief in this crazy world we live in.
keep it going, halls...
£17m mcap with:.
£6m contract win/extensions announced Fri.
IIs hold c40%
Chairman buying shares
CFO buying shares
Provide services in all 4 UK Nations AND Republic of Ireland.
TLY will continue to win contract wins/extensions as GE over and Labour determined to resolve NHS waiting lists. TLY's Elective Care division helps NHS reduce waiting lists.
Their other divisions being, Urgent Care, Company Wellbeing services
Deeply concerned that gross margins are down 10% too due to increased competition. Everything heading the wrong way and increases competition will make our revenues even more thin
Is anyone else frustrated by how this company is run. Results showed revenue down a whopping 21% but still over £100m but even over 100m they still post a massive lost. The company is clearly being run poorly if you can't even turn a profit on those figures. Revenue for vanity, profit for sanity etc.
Worried about the future here with such low margins, now loss making and quickly deteriorating revenues
Moving in the right direction certainly is, slow but sure ,will recover.
Could be a good call with more upside for sure.
What is it you cant grasp about TLY clents Hallsworthy ?,you have had it explained to you several times NHS england does not cover Wales,Scotland and n Ireland these are separate entitys, and are not controlled by the government anyway,. how many more times? However if you really think they willl end up back at 4p ..LOL then my advice would be to sell up. So whats your problem ,? are you quite in capable of reaching a decision ?. why are you still in them if your so sure.?
As I said, TLY relies on a sole client.
The price action here is very worrying as well, looks like a pullback to four will happen in my opinion, but I also think new lows beyond that are possible
after halting guidance last year due to doctors strike and political upheavel, canaccord restarted it in july, after the ge.
cannocord target price 20p
on the mend

Contrary to the deliberate lies being posted, TLY has dozens of clients.
NHS resource allocation is controlled by the NHS not the govn
"Structure. The English NHS is controlled by the UK government through the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), which takes political responsibility for the service. Resource allocation and oversight was delegated to NHS England, an arms-length body, by the Health and Social Care Act 2012."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Health_Service_(England)#:~:text=Structure,-Main%20article%3A%20Health&text=The%20English%20NHS%20is%20controlled,and%20Social%20Care%20Act%202012.
With NHS England:
What are integrated care systems?
Integrated care systems (ICSs) are partnerships that bring together NHS organisations, local authorities and others to take collective responsibility for planning services, improving health and reducing inequalities across geographical areas.
There are 42 ICSs across England, covering populations of around 500,000 to 3 million people.

Hallsworthy,
"a very poor business model relying on a sole client"
That's a blatant lie as has been proven several times before.
TLY provide their services to all 4 UK Nations AND Republic of Ireland. Each UK Nation has it's own Health authority at national level.
Within each Nation, there's local health boards, eg England has ICBs. They tender out their requirements to private providers.
That's already dozens. As far as I'm aware Republic of Ireland is not controlled by any of the 4 UK Nations.
hallsworthy your just a copy cat of twogood stop talking out of your ****
Massive red flags having a broken NHS and labour in power coupled with a very poor business model relying on a sole client, spells recipe for disaster. I'll reiterate the price target of 2.5 within the next year, 75% down.
Go back to bed , be constructive with facts not nonsense
Come on guys, even you know this is nonsense. You are polishing a massive turd trying to spin this positively. In a world where the NHS being bankrupt is headline news, a key beneficiary is NOT going to be a contractor. Long term the business model and outlook here absolutely stinks, ye lt I'm sure you know that really.
Watch the crowd pump it likes the posts below as no doubt the smart ones exit quietly. Let's see which of these motley crew are left in a years time on this board and where the share price is by then, I'm guessing 2.5
TwoGood, anyone would think the gov was literally giving TLY money into their pockets the way you wrongly put it.
TLY provide services in helping the NHS to cover patient care that they cannot provide themselves or, with difficulty,if it wasn't for TLY and others the NHS would be even worse . It is essential for them to provide these services, they are a vital cog in the world of health in the UK . Thats why they are given contracts both new and ongoing that the infrastructure of the NHS cannot handle alone.Whats the problem with that ? Its a logical extension to the NHS more of this is likely to follow and totally will most certainly benefit .Why are you always knocking this company? whats your point ?
If you ever needed help by them would you be turning it down based on your principles ? ..thought not.
"Good to be back..oh still looks f@@ked bye!"
=====================
TwoGood2Die. That is so informative of you. Sort of thing LSE loves I think.
I'll post no opinion same as you do every time you do rude and meaningless posts.
Yes why didn't I think of it soonet the Government will spend more money on TLY so they can poach more NHS staff and pay their executives bigger bonuses for delivering nothing...yup..that figures!
Absolutely, whilst this was a report on current state of NHS and there will be a report on Labour NHS plans at some point and it will be years before there are changes, TLY is already providing some of the services, like Care Home visits.
As an existing provider, they should win more contracts.
From website:
"Acute visiting service
Totally provides an acute visiting service (AVS) as part of an integrated care system in certain regions across England. The service is for patients who need to be seen in their home or care home. Operating during the day to support primary care, AVS can be delivered as part of an integrated care system. The service helps to reduce inappropriate hospital admissions and enables patients to be cared for in the most appropriate setting."
https://www.totallygroup.com/our-services/urgent-care/
The service is already offered.
TLY in the right place at the right time.
Exactly the opposite to what you are saying Hallsworthy, yes, the report is bad but it looks like it will spur the gov on to acting more quickly most likely the budget in October will be the first step starting with another money injection and, some of that money should come TLY like it or not! I would imagine sooner or not to much later it will mean TLY obtaining more contracts and should boost the sp logically. towards year end i would say . It was stated some time back that when labour got in this would be the defining moment for the NHS and TLY not that i like Labour but i suppose they do have some use occasionaly.
Quite correct stt1 it will take time but things might start to move with the budget i suspect likely as not more money will be poured into it as usual to maybe kick start it but it hasnt worked for long ,all done before but, this time could be additions to that and out of care is possibly one to target. got to be something like that .
As mentioned, the report into the state of the NHS.
The focus is on Out of Hospital Care, which is great news for TLY.
TLY's business model is out of hospital care, with their subsidiaries including Urgent Care centres, Physio, and Corporate Business Wellness.
As well as Elective Care to reduce waiting lists.
TLY have adapted to the requirements of the NHS and as those requirements have changed, so have TLY.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/c0qejx03zjnt
Absolutely damning report on the NHS was released today. Concerns it may not survive without mass changes and that bodes very badly for companies like TLY. The purse strings will be tighter than ever
