I’m a holder here and in He1 so quite a bad start to the day. Sat on my hands with He1 but bought more here - not a huge holder in either but still think both companies have potential.

Can anyone explain how Stifel , having been appointed as sole financial advisor were buying and selling shares here yesterday? Were they doing so on behalf of the company? I’m a little confused. Thanks

Yes cash should come in later today or tomorrow - as it’s an agreed settlement I doubt the transfer of funds will be delayed. Might see a bigger rise when the funds hit the bank account….

Just re-read the announcement - the phrase “strategic acquisition” conjures up a major overpayment to me……one in which the current SP may have very little to do with the price paid…. Anyway enough from me - Think I might be seen as a ramper …
