Apparently following the fund raise there will be a shareholders vote regarding the de-listing from AIM. I wonder if it’s a done deal…. I’m guessing they need 75% of the votes to achieve this. Let’s see how this plays out….. gla

Well as expected / hoped we have approval . Funds raised at 10p per share and the outstanding loan with ROX converted to shares at the same price….

Just need confirmation of remaining as a plc and surely the SP jumps to double digits…. If not before. Gla

Following the fall of the 6th I was tempted to sell and accept my loss - glad I held and hoping we can get back being above 0.30 later today. Gla

Just got back home from a mega workout at the gym and shocked to see the SP is down almost 10%… what did I miss????
