I made a little money here waiting for the announcement about the fleet auxiliary ships. I picked up the tip from a poster basically saying H&W were in a win win situation….

So quite some time ago …..and great full for the tip…attention wondered but picked up again when I saw the recent news… hoping history repeats itself…gla

An interesting narrative being developed here - however , I bought back in this morning and am already in profit…..expecting more company news and maybe something from the government next week….clearly and opportunity for mischief and no doubt we have some experts trying to counter….basically, you pays your money and takes your chance… I’m all for a higher SP but I’ve been wrong before…glagla

I can’t see the government not supporting H&W….therefore IMHO I expect news out in due course and the SP to rebound…. That’s why I have bought back in… Gla

Just bought back in at a little over 9p….. seems like a good opportunity and I should know reasonably soon…. Gla

Sold 50% of my holding here a little while back and bought them back this morning. Let’s see if I’ve made the right decision or not in the upcoming months…. Still hold the romantic notion of a big bag of diamonds…..Gla

I could buy as many as I liked at 6.5 and sell at 6.25….clearly the market has some doubts but like the recent PDMR buyer, I bought some this morning. Gla and keen to see how this plays out……

What a deal - a fund raise at 10p a share and using 10p for the convention of the CLn….

It looks too good to be true but it not not stop me buying a few ….

Had this in my portfolio for a while now - tempted to sell at 5p a little while ago until I remembered why they are in my portfolio…… cargo tracing , security, temp logs etc. will, I think continue to grow..Gla

Just bought a few more here this morning. Not as rich as some of the posters here my top up was only for 12,000 shares but every bit helps !! Gla

Is really interesting and based upon a slightly outdated Shareholders list on the company’s web site we have:

76.52 % of shares owned by named shareholders on the list

2.63 % of the company’s issued share capital was bought by D. Holdsworth that’s over 2m shares

The announcement gives the date the threshold was crossed and the date the company was notified as being today - 3 May

Can’t see the 2m+ share trade going through so if the trade was made today we should get notification, of course this buy could be the reverse of a listed shareholder selling.

Either way there’s not to many shares in the hands of private investors so I assume when the share price takes off it will most likely rocket….. lol

Well that’s my two penny’s worth .

With the benefit of hindsight I think I’ve been a little too greedy with my cheeky order, we live and learn !!!!

A very nice day here today, waiting to see what the SP is like after 8:30 but so far it looks promising….

But if the company sells 1,000 shares for 7.5m and still retains over 6,000 shares how come the current market cap is just over £10m….. maybe I’m missing something here… happy if someone can explain the apparent mismatch…..thanks

This morning and managed to buy some in the 150’s increased profits and substantial increase in cash reserves with a promise of more to follow…..wish I had bought in a week ago but that said I’m in now so let see how it goes.

Anyone out there got anything to add - like strength of the board etc.?

To see the rise here today - not really followed the company but there’s been quite a few trades today and apparently the shares are held pretty tightly. Looking to buy in and am being quoted sub 50p… I guess this could be the pre lunch fall or is the rise over?
