Like I said,all this to aid the continuous depression in the SP. Legalised theft ongoing with former director(S) What next I wonder,well acutely short of cash now cash is tight,pull another one. All done to screw minority shareholders Paul Shackleton and mob shame on you. Everything will come out in the end,IPC spin off,Earl the crxxkk. You can't trust one word the company/WHIreland tells us. Still holding,as I have confidence in the administrators,it I didn't then I would do one big NT sell,and the company would be extremely happy with an even lower SP to aid that 54% block at a giveaway price. Stinks all I say.

There is definetely mates deals going on here,why not,with such an asset base up for grabs. I have contacted the company on many issues,not least the repatriation of funds,they haven't denied it but now say they are experiencing banking problems in Argentina,yeah right pull another one!! Peter Earl is up to his old trickeI here with the assistance of his best pall Shackleton WHI, He's cleaning out IPSA and have no doubt he's up to his old tricks here,daylight robbery. Look at the way he mis lead shareholders whilst at the helm. His departure and subsequent replacee Keegan,former director of Sterling,all ties in to his game play here. IPSA meeting today apparently and a vote for the current fiasco no doubt in favour of Earl. Highly suspect underhanded deals as is obvious here,and suspension likely too. As I said the company and its former cronies all in toe,Aim to keep SP low,to facilitate that thief the opportunity to take the majority holding for peanuts,and that's likely as Sterling approved Earls last manoeuvre. All stinks as this is worth multiples of current Mcap,but robbery seems to go unhindered on Aim it appears.

The company are definetely withholding news here,we have had no operation updates for several months,what about the 1M dollars due from Peru. What's happening with our projects in Illapa and Chile What's the status with our £18M worth of turbines!! Why no comment on the changes situation in Argentina. Well its all to do with a very greedy former director whom IMO is negotiating that 54% block for well under market value,. What is it that allows these guys to rob shareholders,just look what he's doing at IPSA! Look what he achieved at RuR,given/robbed us holders of IPC,for how much,£1!! This stinks,and there should be laws to deter this sort of behaviour. The company told me ,nothing to report!! Yeah. more lies. The sooner they change that crooked NOMAD the better,specifically PS, But looks like the assets here are going to be taken private at the LTHs expense Scandalous.

Agree LB on that trade. So the company are digging their heals on any release of news despite numerous requests to do so It looks like a waiting game now and most likely an announcement on that block holding first before anything financially related. Gla

Update for holders. Seemingly as the company continues this extended news blackout I have made eñquires to the Administrators of Sterling Trust. I asked whether the holding was sold and was immediately informed that they could not comment. When I requested the same information back in November they confirmed the 54% block had not been sold. I have also been in contact with the company asking for an update specifically on fund repatriation from Energia del Sur and advised that this information should be given as it constitutes a material change. Initially I was advised that they have followed Aim rules specifically 17 on disclosure but I argued that the information which I and others believe being withheld would constitute an immediate release to the market. They have not as yet now denied any repayments from Argentina,so shall await their response. It now looks very likely in my opinion that the 54% block is currently under negotiations or indeed sold,and therefore I now expect a TRI within a short time frame. Given the current news blackout as LB posted and others any financial updates will come after our new majority holder is announced. Everything IMO is starting to add up here now and the move last week to new operational offices in Soho validate my view that the companies fortunes are now looking more positive.

The clues are there guys,at least looking much more positive. Certainly not a company now "acutely short of cash" PE is certainly in the wings!! And that 54% block is certainly on his and others wishlist Agree GFD

I didn't need a crystal ball GFD,certainly though that would help here. More importantly I have been told that the value of Eds is circa $70-80M dollars,and was advised that this company is one of the best performing energy companies in Argentina!. Personally I believe PS will advise against a formal update re Eds repayments. That would have a huge positive effect on the current SP,with this stock being so illiquid, and my best bet is we shall continue the news blackout until the Sterling holding is sold. Personally I am very positive for all shareholders,and do see a very hefty rerate once we are notified of the majority shareholder,with a high chance thereafter that RuR will be taken private. It's certainly obvious that our current net assets based on the Sept interims are multiples of current Mcap,and given the positive economic changes that should bode well for a good recovery in our finances.

How many times have we had an RNS about that paultry Radix loan, Who is Radix,and they made a point that they have security over all the Assets of RuR,couldn't be more negative. It's my strong belief that shareholders have and are continuing to be duped, IMO they have not reported any positives for a reason,where positives should have been P Earl I wouldn't trust him,neither PS, Company in terms of assets very strong, Until our Majority holding is bought out no new blood will take the helm,therefore currently in limbo. PS is pulling the strings here for the last few months,and he is not playing ball! So despite the real possibility that we are receiving substantial funds back from Argentina,he believes this is not reportable under Aim rules. Well it certainly is,that would instantly affect proceedings here,at least get rid of this apparent Radix facility for one. I know I keep beating the same drum but there is something fishy going on behind the scenes,and as usual we shall be the last to find out what that is I'm staying with this as there is enough upside,given that our Net assets are considerably higher than our current SP

Well as far as PS WHI is concerned any receivables are not price sensitive,therefore not reportable," as it might mislead the market" those were his words. As long as we keep WHI as our NOMAD the secrecy shall continue!

As a matter of interest,we were told in November that they had changed their business address to Preston in some business village,we all thought that was a good move to keep down costs considering that we were apparently not receiving anything from Argentina and reliant on the Radix loan. So why are they now moving to flush offices in central London,thats going to be expensive for the company given that we were told that we were acutely short of cash I wonder what PS WHI will advise Simon Morris on the above development

Good post as usual. What is apparent is P Shackelton of W H Ireland has influence on this,as he advised Mark Keegan NOT to RNS the favourable economic changes in Argentina!! Of course the repatriation of funds from Argentina whatever that figure,and that could now be $2M! is reportable as that constitutes a "material change". This guy seems a hypocrite as why then report all those Radix RNs which is all that weve had since September. As I have said all along something stinks here,NOT with the company fundamentally but with the likes of PS of WHI and former directors. I strongly believe the PE initially orchestrated the collapse in the SP Mid 2015,this Radix is a "redherring" to cause shareholder distrust. So going back to PS WHI,if he states that funds received from EDS do not need reporting,then what the hell does,and what actually is going on. PE that 54% sterling block/ all comes to mind,keeping sentiment low on this stock. It all actually stinks. My opinion and others, our Asset Value is multiples of our Mcap,

So it appears we are all in agreement that there is significant upside given those valuations. All we now require is a thorough update from the company. Maybe as Jaff states there may be no news to report,I however am of the opinion that there is. Let's just now wait and see. Atb

Thanks for your post Spac3y,much appreciated. It is very clear given our current Mcap that there is a disconnect to actual valuation by some considerable margin. Not a ramp but fact. In your valuations which are appreciated you too should not forget our very valuable turbines ,circa £15/18M,in addition our Chilean investments. Personally I like GFD are looking out for a RNS that states actual receipts from Eds,however obviously until the Directors decide to issue an RNS then we are all non the wiser. There's no doubt in mind that the significant changes in Argentina are having a favourable impact on the companies fortunes. Atb

If $2M is being repatriated from that last reported accrued interest from Eds then that fact obviously should be promulgated to all shareholders,thats assuming that is the case. Fact is the limit now on repatriation is $2M from Argintina,so it could very well be possible that the company are now receiving such remits.(IMO) Given also that the current interest rates are just a tad over 25% in Argentina I refer you to your earlier when you said the company may indeed rather keep the deposits held in Argentina given the huge interest rate disparity. I still believe in my opinion that the company will not release financial information re the above due to the "possible" negotiations re the 54% block. All in my opinion of course. Hope things become even a smidgen more transparent as things stand at the moment the company are treating the minority shareholders with contempt,albeit some of small holders hold substantially. We shall see what happens. ATB

Me too Jaff, We shall see hopefully soon what happens here, Got to look out for the clues at the moment! all I can do now is my research but time will tell. Personally I feel confident is this,I appreciate others don't, given what happened in Bolivia and the collapse in the SP,but I do really hope for those long term holders and the the new investors here do reap some reward. It cannot be argued that we do have valuable assets,especially Eds,and things are changing there quickly. So we shall wait and see new development,whatever they may be. Always a risk but am confident. Atb

70M to 80M dollar valuation for Energia del Sur Argentina was not a valuation just made up by me GFD! Was also informed that Eds is one of the best performing energy companies in Argentina . So we own 50% of Eds/Pel that alone equates to multiples of current SP, No wonder there has been no operational news updates since September, Obviously due to the negotiations on the 54% block of RuR stock.
