Bids from Energia del Sur SA and its parent company Patagonia Energy highly likely for the 54% shares in RuR. They are highly profitable and do owe RuR £30.7M,it would certainly be a very good acquisition, and in their interests to do so! It's all going to become very clear soon,and would expect that transaction given our Asset valuation to be at least 3.5pps upwards and that's conservative. Once news breaks then a re rate to a fairer book value and from current Mcap that is a very significant upside.

Hi Nickname. We own 2 Siemens turbines which were waiting to be deployed to Illapa and a third turbine destined for Arica,it the the Frame 6 B turbine. The combined valuations were impaired by RuR by £1M down to £15M, It was suggested earlier before the changes in the Argentinian elections that at least one could be sold to alleviate the then poor cash flow,however since repatriation limits have risen to 2M dollars I assume these turbines will be utilised for our projects. We have had a news black out since September! All the best.

£30.7M owed to RuR From September RNS In Argentina our 50% owned operating entity, Energia del Sur S.A., and its parent company, Patagonia Energy Limited, have outstanding borrowings and interest of £30.7m due to the Group. That's 5 times our Mcap on its own. The company must be receiving substantial funds back from Argentina,and we are certainly due an update. those turbines are worth £15m. projects in Chile,the list goes on and on. There will be or has been a huge demand for that 53% block. All quiet here just now.

Genuine holders are fully aware of the current state of play here,especially given the monumental change in Argentina which is having a very positive effect on RuR fortunes. I would have expected RuR to have received paid Invoices up to 2M dollars since the change in the FX controls. The company should start giving us news at anytime now. As you state it is all there to be seen in the RNS,not ramping but facts. Positive news then an mmediate substantial gap up here.

No Major shareholders have sold any stock,that says something,they are fully aware of the current value!. For the odd person to state they bought at many multiples of current SP and sold recently at 1p losing thousands of pounds,well the SP didñt deteriorate overnight,would have had ample time to sell out at a much higher value. Then to say,recently bought again at 1p and then sold,due to posters,well excuse me that's just nonesence,a blatent attempt to finger point. Scare tactics are not going to work here,we appear to have more than one of those above types. Fact current upside a minimum of 350%,and as declared by the company in September a NAV of 7.5pps,and that's after impairments. Agree with other investors here due to the huge economic change in Argentina that NAV can only increase. We also own 50%,yes 50% of Eds,a very profitable energy company in Argentina,currently owing RuR £10M as RNS September states,that's for interest repayment on loans given to the company,that can and is probably being repatriated to RuR bank account and news of that is imminent IMO. Everything above can be accessed in the RNS,its not fiction. All looking very good for genuine investors. Gla

Correction. SP rose to 1.4 Mid on the 11th December. So Mr Kamel agrees with GFD valuation, So your answer therefore is yes,RuR is worth substantially more than current Mcap. 3.6pps pre Argentina political change,with their immediate implementation of raising the cap from 50k dollars to 2M dollars repatriation to foreign creditors,per month. For RUR,and to any potential investors suggest reading all the RNS S,means we can get outstanding interest and Capital from Eds,as RNS September 2015 we were owed £10M. So we await notifications of above from the company,that news alone will substantially propel the SP. Interesting also that none of the major shareholders have sold their stock. Biggest news short term the sale of the Sterling block,53% of RuR. Question to Mr Kamel, If we get notification that block is sold for over 3pps,and that's a low ball figure,how do you think the market will react. I know that answer,I don't need telling,but await your reply. Also there are our projects in Chile,ummmm all sounding very rosy here isn't it. No wonder Mr Kamel has reappeared and is fuming. Mr Pike I worked out this character ages ago,he has used another user name!e here too!! This is just about to take off big time now, Revenues obviously drastically improving,circa 2M dollars per month now that Marci has implemented the policy on FX controls and repatriation of foreign debt ,and there is a substantial backlog from Eds,a company that we do hold a 50% stake in. The sale or imminent sale of 53.99% stake in Rurelec to another big investor,at a certain very hefty yes very hefty premium to current sp,at least IMO 4 to 6pps. We have huge assets,in S America and now the political changes are accelerating in Argentina a fantastic turn around for RuR and all its genuine shareholders. Added recently myslef here substantially and shall continue to do so given current window of subdued stock value,although that shall not be the situation much longer. Re that character,he's like a spoilt child not getting his own way,suggest he needs some counselling. OK all the best and good things soon to happen here.

Correction on Seimens turbines valuation. RuR turbines impaired valuation alone £15M. Apologies for the error. Just this asset alone against our current Mcap just shows how much RuR is heavily undervalued. Everything is going to become much clearer in the coming days weeks. Pivotal is the value attained for the Sterling Block.

Most holders here have him on filter,also just did that myself as he clearly posts utter trash,but the sadest element of his personality is his continuous misjudgement of holders and his continual abuse towards them also. Its very clear that abuse comes when the SP rise,funny that. Everything is clearly in print for potential investors to make an informed decision here,I did that and have a very substantial holding. 4p is good enough for me minimum,and suspect the SP will recover to the benefit of all long termers ,now that would really make that individual unhappy. Just imagine how the market will react to the sale of the 54% block!! Even at 4pps would see this go ballistic. Re the repatriation of funds I would guess these are now bolstering our accounts. Things are starting to look very much more positive for the company given the changes in the Argentinian economy,and the 54% Sterling holding is going to be a very attractive investment commanding a price significantly higher than our current SP. Our written down NAV last year was 7.5pps,so wouldn't be surprised an offer of similar value. IMO the new owners will want the whole company so expect news eventually to that effect. People don't realise just how big the Mcap/Net Asset value gap is here. Once that 54% block is sold at near current value then a huge re rate shall happen. So much news to come here. I'm sure repatriation of funds has started and that news in itself shall propel the value.,we are owed 30 Million dollars,after all. A very high net asset valued Aim company,with a very substantial upside.
