We flew through the technical resistance of 1.4,looks like 1.75 is the next resistance point.
There is a large delayed buy to show from 15.46,the SP jumped 18% at that time,my guess a buy of 1.7,1M plus.
Agree given the amount of interest news is due on many fronts, the key for me is the sale of the Sterling block, this is 54% of the shareholding of RuR,effectively the new owners will install a new CEO,pivotal is at what price they pay.
Could be there are numerous interested parties, even Energia de Sur,our 50% owned operating entity in Argentina.
They are also a major player in the energy sector operating very profitably, and own RuR £30.7M.
Since the very positive news from Argentina. In December it was inevitable that our short term funding would be extended, given that the repatriation of funds would kick in given the relaxation of FX controls.
All the information is in the RNSs,quite a complicated read, but it now looks like the recovery for RuR is well underway, and current Mcap is significantly undervalued, once any positive news is released this stock IMO will recover very quickly to a much fairer value, and at least for those long termers here recoup major paper losses that they endured over the preceding 18 months.
