I'm very positive that this will come good and see this as a great entry position for new investors,after all it's all about timing and certainly at this level which is hugely discounted to investment spend,potentially will net investors really good returns. As Dan said with the AB contractor announcement that will be the game changer,so it's patience for holders but again lucky for new investors to buy in at these levels. The Texas wheel is in the development stage with �300 K invested recently by Challenger,through a �1M convertible loan note,that cannot be converted for at least 120 days then at most at max conversion of �200k per month. Listening to Mark he sounds very excited on this new wheel and looks like he's going to invest the additional �700K later this year. So in summary $3M invested in the NYW,and currently �300K in the EOT. I suspect news on the American Bridge contract to complete the NYW will come quite quickly ,at any time really,that's going to be the initial driver for recovery here. So at 0.5p limited downside but realistically great upside. Atb

From the RNS dated 20/10/16. The NYW Project,a large entertainment complex,which will feature a 630ft GOW,a 68000square foot terminal and retail building and a 950 space parking garage plus a 5000 person capacity green roof for events. So Challenger have a 2% stake in all the above. Impressive don't you think

Remember it's not just the NYW we have a 2% equity stake,but the whole complex,including Empire Outlets and the carparking. Up to 30,000 max capacity on the wheel per day,sure this is going to be a huge revenue earner,with retail leases returning massive rentals. What's our Mcap �900K! Certainly huge potential,and can see significant recovery once formalisation of that AB contractor is confirmed. It will then actually be full steam ahead.

With respect to you Marinville,I believe you held this stock and sold out a few weeks back. You continue to spend considerable time posting on this BB so clearly this is of great interest to you,otherwise it would be construed as time wasting. So tell me,given the investment spend,what do you see as fair value and what is you buy in price?. As I see it the company has been trashed by a couple of posters on this BB endlessly,the stock is well oversold and at 0.5 represents an excellent recovery play. Atb
