Agree Dan,the litigation is holding this up and is the main detergent for investment even at these levels.
If there's an agreement between the parties at least that's progress going towards a new contractor completing the wheel.
It's not just a case of handing over and completing the build there are more complexities involved here,this after all is a huge project not only in terms of investment but there are engineering shortfalls which need rectification.
The Mcap considering the companies investment is very discounted,but it's going to take a restart to get this moving towards fair value.
Just hoping once the contractor takes over it doesn't take for ever to complete,Challenger after all need the revenue form the NYW.
The NYW is the only driver here,the EOT is very early stage,and the Star Sanctum is just a drop in the ocean for Challengers fortunes.
