Marin must be in hiding, all those investors he enticed into the project, now doomed and disbandoned.
Just hope those guys who invested $500K get their green cards, they've been through an absolute nightmare,as have long-term investors in Challenger.
Realistically the $3M investment is written off,may get only a fraction back but that's not going to happen anytime soon, sure there's going to be a plethora of court cases, claims and counterclaims, could actually drag on for years.
The major of New York, now deliberating choices for the garage complex,$60M wasted on that, and due to breach of contract, being handed back to the city, can you believe it!
Next news no doubt the auctioning of parts for MS chapt 11 bankruptcy,.
The £300K blown on the Texas wheel, what value can you attribute to that now,and how the hell are they going to get funding for the whole project with the likes of Marin on Challengers board.
So in the next 9 months the max revenue coming into the coffers is £65K,that's if the owner of the failed SS keeps up with her payments.
A RTO is absolute nonsense here, there are outstanding loan notes and there's absolutely no way any investor is going to lend to this company .
Personally I believe this is now dead in the water, and ultimately will delist.
It was pumped on the 25th,but as usual was dumped on the 26th,and still highly likely to have a nasty final stint in its tail.
