The conversion at 4p for £65,000 RNSd yesterday,well that speaks volumes where this is going in the short term.
Retail investors for a change are afforded this fantastic opportunity to buy stock at a current 75% discount to the main creditors.

Is that the balance still to be converted,it's all very confusing as there are so many!

I think yesterday's RNS was for the attention of Hudson,rather an ultimatum.
Things move very fast when large sums of cash are at stake,even assets,there's absolutely no way Hudson would approve a 50% dilution on their equity stake,after all they effectively have the controlling vote.
Think holders may well see another RNS with the funding tranche received,and we're not talking weeks.

What I find very odd with the MMs,you could actually buy 2M at 0.175,yet there has only been a handful of sells lowers than that price.
In reality though everyone is holding,with 260M shares in issue,only a few hundred sold today,so everyone's awaiting the next news,and for those I hope it's good!

Since the rise from 0.20 the price has been very stable for sometime,with pretty low volumes.

Accounts are complicated to say the least,particularly with the convertible note issue.
Can someone work out the net asset value,against debts?,as I see it as a negative value.
Mark still seems confident with the restart,but it's a binary bet IMO.
Been out all day apart from first thing,noticed the MMs moved this up on no trades,you could actually buy at the bid price of 0.18,so probably NT to sell at that time.

Marinville,I was actually surprised the MMs taking so many sells at 0.19,they seem happy to be accumulating and I haven't seen any buys since.
Very much doubt they know anything,no more than us,they do get the RNSs fractionally ahead of us though if it's an intraday that is.
I guess at the moment they're taking a calculated risk on the funding issue,personally I'm out at the moment and obviously not trying to sway anyone either way.
I find it incredulous that this wheel is so far off its original budget,a humongous overspend and by all intense and purpose the developers are now absolutely desperate to raise funding to complete.
I agree with your sentiments on Marin,surely he should be held in someway accountable for this.
Absolutely this is a complete mess,and what with the auctioning of the parts if no agreement made,you really couldn't make any of this up.
However you just never know,a last ditch effort effort could bring in the necessary funding,from where though is another one,but don't rule it out.
If there's a deal then this will go up at least 200%,and I honestly hope this is the outcome for holders.
If no deal then the MMs will punish this.
