Before the consolidation I recall the placing was executed at more or less a zero discount,that equates to 1p post consolidation.

There is going to be one huge rerate here,OMI 5 bagged in three days,this could undoubtedly exceed that.

This is well under the radar just now,good price to keep accumulating before the inevitable.

It's really bad to slate a company after you divest,I really do hope this does come good for all holders.
I've had communications with Mark,he's actually a decent chap,and this problem with the Wheel has absolutely nothing to do with him, very unfortunate for him .
There are many other stocks particularly on AIM where Directors have shafted shareholders with intent,Mark isn't one of those.
Will keep a close on events.

Whilst the £35K return from SS was welcome,everything else is already in the public domain.
The £35k will keep the lights on for a short while,but there really is too much uncertainty regarding the NYW.
The restart was always going to be the main recovery driver here,but it now looks too complicated and an eventual agreement could literally be months away.
Worse case the project could be abandoned,I hope not though for those that hold,but in all the initial $3M investment buying 2 equity stakes is going to be diluted heavily,so projected returns from a cash generating wheel are not going to bring in huge revenues to Chals coffers.
It's a big mess and unfortunately there's nothing Mark can do,it's not actually his fault .
