Very interesting if you take the time to read the RNSs in particular the one dated 10/10/16 for the procurement, construction commissioning of contract.
What's abundantly clear to me is that it was always the intension of Christian to strike a deal on the project once the final mining permit was awarded.
Quote,
The EPC contract is being advanced as part of discussions with third parties for SALE,or JV of the project.
Contract conditional on receiving necessary permits from the government and therefore there's no guarantee that the transaction will complete.
Well EUA got the final permit,so what next?
I have a strong feeling that Sinosteel will make a very lucrative offer for Mochetundra, possibly another major player or two in the mix
Also if you take a look on the other BB there's similar views.
If the above does in fact come to fruition what valuation would you put on that mine.
Maybe a special dividend payment to investors, but in any case I do expect something very positive and quite soon.
You don't get a licence that's taken years to gain approval and do nothing.
Mcap sub £20M, would say exceedingly cheap.
I say a sustained re rate from here on.
