Reading the last few RNSs there's nothing factually stating arbitration has begun,more it was one of the points issued by the court.

On would expect news on clarification,and maybe arbitration avoided,maybe theyll cough up at the last moment.

Surely if arbitration had started as directed by the court by the 1st of December then a RNS would have been issued.
Reading the last statement the CEO was quite bullish on a commercial resolution to avoid arbitration..
OEX appear to be in a very strong position,and GSPC definitely do not want to be ordered to surrender their share.
Looks like it could actually be a win win situation for OEX.

It was a floored business plan from the start,he put all investors cash into one basket that he had absolutely no control over,more akin to investing blind like some many small investors.

There's no retail demand here now whatsoever,and unlikely in my opinion.
