Thanks MDC1 - but how is that figure derived? I mean we have 3.6 billion shares and another 0.6 billion, but how is that 300,000 figure determined? Thanks for the help.

Although NCM might be coming under pressure to increase their gold supply quickly - their SP has suffered and they are becoming increasingly copper dependent, which has crashed due to the covid19 slump. And the best way to get it onto their books properly, and where it's more transparent for share holders, rather than through any JV etc, would be a buy out at a lower price than GGP might get in the long term, but still an attractive one nonetheless. Paddy, your comment also supports a more sudden buy out by NCM as well - they might decide to take the whole lot at a lower price (as reserves not all calculated) rather than prove everything up over the next 2 years. They already have a good idea of H - they've advanced their exploration of it with extra rigs, and if there are indications that it's bigger than thought they might think let's just snap it up and add that gold to our portfolio - which is in decline at the mo. Fingers crossed.

Thansk Joey - I think I saw the saem back in 2008 - 2010 quite a bit when there was massive volatility. It's just very annoying when you can't be sure what you're looking at is right. I am surprised in this day and age that can actually happen though. cheers.

Whilst I would be surprised if we avoid the COVID19 slow downs entirely, there is a possibility it could act in our favour - there will be a lot of miners out there who will probably be wiped out by the utter collapse in demand for their products. Think if NCM only had copper to sell and no gold to balance out their products. This means that potentially the supply chains for mining are going to be scrambling for work - we might get our decline on the cheap! (This is pure speculation from a non-miner).

Not sure I agree with some of that MOrningsun: We aren't in a quiet time - we have the new financial year meaning more ISA cash coming in, and we have just a month to go until the results from H which could lead to a positive re-rate. So I think we'll see buyers and holders comign in until then. Obviously, as you do suggest, it will be choppy waters as the market is having a bit of a mare, but it's really not long now until the 30th.....Thanks.

I think that will come - the wider market is having a horrid day today so if we can finish blue, which is possilbe by a small amount I think, then that's fine to me. I think ii will be looking for safety, and AIM companies aren't really known for that, but with this news it might open the gates a little.....I am surprised it hasn't risen more, I did expect us to breach 5p, but happy with this news and more relaxed about holding now.

And the banks might collapse tomorrow as they have pulled their dividends - so people might get in to something infinitely more sensible than printed money - real gold!!!!! Lots and lots of gold!!!! MWHAHHAHHAAA.

Probably true - it might be halfway possible to get to 6p by the end of the week as people take positions for end of April. I think people who know this share are looking forward more to 30 April than to tomorrow, and rightly so. I suppose next week we have the tax year ending so new ISA allowances become available too. Just in time for the 30th!

I wasn't here then but I've had my fair share of mutton dressed up as lamb in the share sense - always painful. Hopefully tomorrow will go some way to making up for those despairing days when there's no floor in sight (or a stop loss gets triggered and the share is dropping so fast you end up selling way below your price!!!). Well I'm expecting an imminent RNS as they wanted Stage 2 finished by March. So you can expect a day or two later but I think we have cuase to expect an update this week - BUT this won't be a massive share mover update as it probably won't include details on the actual prospect in terms of grades. Unless, as I have ventured to guess, teh COVID19 has changed their plans due to a collapsing copper market nad a rising gold? Wishful thinking admittedly.
