Thanks for that link - it does indeed say dealys for up to 6 weeks. My guess is that Greatland have a deal in place already so they shouldn't be impacted by this - and I would certainly expect an update from the company if they were dealyed to calm any nerves / explain the situation. (However, where are our assays being done? Is it in the SGS Australia's Kalgoorlie lab which seems to be the focus of the article?). Thanks. Still hoping for this week!
HI. I missed the backlog post, but I would have expected GH to have updated the market if there was a delay of 6 weeks in the results after he so recently suggested 6-8 weeks (which would make them due now). Thanks.
I got that impression too - just stick to the script and don't drop any hints. He did say the AEM was complete though, which is something we all know anyhow.
No. A possibility exists that we could get an RNS at 07.00am, which is about 5 minutes into Callum's speech, and then he could say something that this RNS reveals, however it's highly unlikely that would happen.
Evening Bamps. Sorry to hear about your grand daughter and son. I hope they both get better soon. So do you not think we're on we're on for a buy-out of either Hav or GGP as a whole in the next 6 months? Do you envisage a royalty for GGP gping forward from Hav as the most likely scenario? Thanks.
I would expect news before then giving GH's timetable he outlined in one of the recent videos he did where he said 6-7 weeks. And since it commenced on 19th August then that puts us in week 7 now. I do wonder why the AEM hasn't been released though - that must have been ready for some time by now. Thanks
11 million would be nice to get on the MRE. Throw in a few promising finds from Scally and I think it's possible the SP could hit the 80p area for end of this year / early next. Then a bidding war.....Phew!
The Sept RNS (26.09.20) last year did say that Employee options would be vested if a change in ownership I believe. "All options have a life of three years from the vesting date. All options will vest immediately upon a change of control event."
Hi. We've just had 30 million odd warrants converted from GGP block listing facility leaving another 55 mill in the company for conversion later on. If GGP is bought out by NCM, what happens to these warrants if they have not yet been converted? Do they get purchased as well at the buy out SP or are they discontinued? Basically, is there an incentive for GGP to convert them all before the possibility of a buy out. Cheers.
It would certainly put a target on our backs for the likes of Rio I think.....bidding war coming up? Now that would be nice - although it would take several months to prove a new tier 1 for any of the SW areas. Cheers
