What year is this Speedy? I'm tempted to say housing if we assume (and I hope I'm not insulting you here!) you brought in the 70s or so.

I would probably suggest the individual investors weren't better informed. If you use a tracker fund you don't get asked what to include in it (I think). So I think the fund took GGP on in the not unrealistic expectation of making a good return in the next 6-12 months (or whatever parameters they have in place for selling). THanks.

Good points. BUT GH has always been against placings and dilution - he says that specifically on his blog he used to write. Of course, an opportunity like the one you mention could be a bit more alluring though.

It would prob be A for me - the amount of explorers who mess it up trying to move into mining is too high. Get us stable cash flow over the long term and proper mining expertise rather than trying to reinvent the wheel. Does all depend on terms of course. Also might be worth using a diff partner so not too tied in to 1 (Rio for copper).
