I agree with much of what you say, but isn't the antigen market too crowded now for us to come in on? And it will be decreasing in importance as vaccinations start. Basically, we might get demand until the spring of next year, if we are lucky, for antigen, but antibodies will be more in demand and longer term throughout the year. Thanks.

With the Mologic antigen test still to materialise, is there a possibility this will be quietly dropped as the world moves toward vaccination and antibody testing in the next few months? Even if we get antigen TT by the end of this month, as planned, is there any point in producing that when the first kits we'll get out will be in early Jan? Would it not be better to concentrate on full antibody testing from ODXs point of view?

I think that what we might see on the 30th Nov is a positive RNS about sales (but no exact figures), but also a confirmation that Mologic's antigen test is being dropped as the world demand shifts to antibodies.

Thanks Regulator. But it still means we'll need a lot more manufacturing to keep up with the doses forecast. I don't know how long the OX vaccine can last before it needs using but is there not a danger of a cliff-edge in LFT supplies as it appears the vaccine can be made a great deal quicker than we can upscale and potentially license? Thanks.

HI Regulator - yes sorry that's what I meant.

But with people claiming we are going to be making billions of tests, then I just don't see it. Omega is a drop in the ocean of what we need, as is the RTC in comparison to these forecasts. So we will see some big diagnostic companies around the world gearing up their own tests. Noneheless, I expect Omega to sell everything they can produce until summer next year. Thanks.

I think anyone can make the antibody test - it's in the pubic domain I think due to the nature of the crisis. (I think that's right).

We won't be tied explicitly or exclusively to the Oxford vaccine. True we developed our antibody test with their research but they are going to need more that we can supply. That means there will be other providers around the world of a testing kit.

I'm not 100% confident of that I'm afraid. Mologic seem to be a weak link in the chain at the moment. Hope I'm wrong but if we don't get an update before the 30th Nov, then the IPO could give ODX sp a wobble. Thanks.

I would be careful about jumping straight into an IPO - you never know which way it will go. There have been some horror stories recenlty for tech IPOs. The other prob with the RTC is that we are tied by government so there's reading between lines and order numbers don't tend to get RNS so easily. For me, the deciding factor will be who they choose for their PR company - if it's Wallbrooke, then I would avoid. (Slightly in jest but you know what I mean!). I would also suggest that un the medium term it won't matter - ODX are likely to sell all they can make for the next 6 months, although the IPO might shake the SP a bit.

I woudl certainly hope the MHRA approval is within the next 2 weeks! That way ODX will benefit from it without any confusion as to 'which is the best share to be in' after the IPO....

Hopefully this will give ODX time to benefit from the confirmed MPHA before any IPO action of our partners muddies the waters. It would be nice to get a bit of good news out before then....

This is getting silly that our main research and news updates now seem to be on Twitter....it leads to conspiracy theories and gaps in our knowledge that proper RNS s would clarify. It's helpful news to be sure but to use a well coined saying: "This is not the news you are waiting for." Nice to see us going back up for a change though. Cheers.

I have to say I'm getting cold feet about Mologic now. The Elisa tests seem to have been a write off after 'failing to materialise' and we're seeing more and more testing coming onto the market that doesn't seem to be Mologic's kit. It seems they might have been pipped at the post - again. That, and the IPO of AH is frankly giving me a headache.....

Do we know if the IPO is definitely going ahead tomorrow? It seems as though it's gone through very quickly if it is. I've done a search for news but the only updates I can find is 2 days old. I just thought those invited to participate might have a clearer picture. Thanks.
