M.Freeman. Although it would be good to get a revised value for DA that properly reflects the progress that has been made thus far, I do not know if 'failed' is the correct word. That implies that there has been an attempt.

think your maths is out there. Surely £33 is £11 Billion mcap approx. ???
My main concerns TBH are that Tern exit or partially divest of their portfolio companies too early or that someone acquires Tern at a ridiculously low price. My short term preference would be for third parties to buy a percentage of one of the portfolio companies as part of a 'syndication' as AS has muted. This would provide cash and remove the risk of dilution. It would also place a revised value on Terns remaining and hopefully controlling interest.

Wish someone would take these out of the game for 10p+. Got to be worth at least that with oil price where it is.

Agree Camkite. MS will pay what the company is worth NOW. That will factor in future earnings potential obviously but if folk want the outlandish valuations on ADVFN they will have to wait a while till the company revenue justifies it. Marsden had over 100 employees.

Just been listening to the mclaren webinar. I see they have just poached the talktalk CFO to assist with their fundraise and restructuring. Any 'Syndication event' could well involve one of the big players in Automotive. On the down side I feel its just a matter of time before our 'talking' vehicles are reporting us for speeding.
