Not positioning no. I bought in again last week and stayed in whilst the C&H developed. Didn’t get chance to trade today as I’ve been down at the Tower Grange so I’m still in.

There’s been 3 sales above 500k today. Normally means bonds. Especially that last one for 726k. A trader doesn’t let them go at that price when the day has had so many better windows to clear them.

Why would it not be a large sell like bond forward sell?

MMS are dropping the SP so they can give the lowest value possible to the seller before collecting their shares.

I’d hazard a guess that there is no viable alternative to plastic as we speak? Recycling of existing plastic products cannot meet demand either.

That 500k buy on a non bond issue Dah made the SP lurch forward. Although they spent about 5 hours filling it with volumes down.

As for FF, it’s the sort of nonce sense that you get from that multi user name.

What is current production level from Oil? What is the target oil production in the next Qtr?

If JVCo are gobbling up shares then the SP wouldn’t be where it is.

If they’d even thrown £1m at this (which is back of the sofa change to them) they’d have removed 30-50 million shares from liquidity already. Then add in knowns like Goozee and others.

The SP would be moving well north of here.

Volume has totally disappeared from this share. MMS will keep slowly taking it lower and the more grim the news, the further this will sink.

They would need a JV to test out Cole Creek properly and get the actual results as opposed to a geo survey.

Once they’ve done 3 wells and EOR runs they’ll know exactly whats there and the value.

Cool couldn’t afford to do that work alone so they’ll need to JV just to get that done.

Then… after that you’re right. Move quickly to next phase which is buy out. It’s why I think the LOI came out at this late stage. It’s also why the JV is taking so long as there’s a lot of field work to do and time required to see how it performs over a set time period.

They might wish to see results after 6 months of running, 3 of which could be enhanced recovery tested?

It’s also why getting Cole Creek delineated is critical to a sale value. Once Copl can prove what’s down there then the value of those assets are added to the final value of the company for a takeover.

A purchase of Copl would be calculated based on assets and booked reserves, oil in the ground and potential additional benefits (carbon capture)

The current SP will have zero baring on that deal. Look at the recent purchase of Denbury.
