Well what happens if JVCo completes the analysis of their drilling and decides it’s not worth waiting for a cut of CC and better to acquire the company?

If the drills show an analysis of 1bn barrels available across Copl lands at modern EOR rates, and the prospect of Carbon capture it would be valued at a min of $4 a barrel and that’s a conservative value per barrel once proven up.

So yes. They might need more money to go alone and increase production. Or they might JV and make significant profit to grow the company in Our owned fields. Or they might sell for $4 billion.

Anything is possible. You decide which one you want.

Why not Pilot? According to Calder, 1500 covers loan and bond interest and leaves $1.6m to cover running costs per Qtr at current pricing. What has he missed that means it needs to be 2000 bopd?

Calder showed this calculation:

Q2 netback was about $2m (crude @ $71.75av & 1103bbl/d)

This does not cover loan and bond interest payment which are over $3m per Q.

However increase production to 1,500bbl/d with current crude price netback is something like $4.6m.

2,000bbl/d puts it at $6m per Q.

COLE CREEK 11-27 (re-completion), only 2 barrels (!) in 5 days, but now reporting FRONTIER (not FRONTIER-2)

Total of detail for July is 37831 vs 37364 on summary, as per @Chuggley1 the difference is 467 from 4-27 (the other re-completion)

Great job to maintain production at June levels with GGS install during July.

Significant potential to be realised in the coming months.
