I always come back to this fact if I have any sense of doubt in AVCT. A bond holder is always extremely risk averse, they just want to get paid iaw the agreed repayment terms. For Heights to renegotiate and defer cash tells you everything.

I might be wrong, but I don't think a partnership deal would necessarily come with much upfront cash (I remember CC saying so herself a few months back), so there was always a chance a raise would be required to fill the gap.

How do you explain timing of buying activity in the afternoon? Would seem to coincide with US markets waking up. I don't know enough about US investor access to MKA, but I struggle to understand volume/timing otw.

My assumption on the placing was that it may have been required for the DFC grant, which requires Mkango to match the $4.6m spend. Pure speculation, but timing and amount seemed to be in step.
