Indeed, unless there's some leaked info, which I highly doubt, there's no imminent risk of a placing, so someone is simply choosing to put their eggs elsewhere. Opportunity cost is real when you're dealing with big slugs like that.

Fundamentals here look good, I just can't quite believe that the SP is below where it started before the recent news.

I am certainly holding for gold / magnets.

But someone out there is trying to exit quick, some big lumps being sold off this morning.

I don't completely disagree with you Magic. I do think the revenue numbers are noise right now, but they are behind the schedule that they set out last year, which isn't a good look.

If I look back at my key investment risks (before dumping a f**k ton of money (for me) into this stock), other than the usual pre-rev / mining co risks, it was the company structure complexity that worried me most. Partially because the breadth of what the team are trying to achieve is demanding on both time and cash.

What we've seen is maybe a lack of mgmt time available to be spent on certain activities to properly drive them forward, and I'd imagine the acquisition would have soaked up a lot of snr mgmt time. The distractions and multiple fronts haven't gone away either, but it feels as if the foundations are in place to now for the team to really push on - noting that what they have already achieved to date is no mean feat.

This bb has been fantastic over the past year or so and I like to hear the bear case to keep me in check. There are some great posters (you know who you are!), who give a balanced view and deserve more of your memory capacity than others.

- call LTH's biased, then change their narrative depending on their trading position

- think that their words on here have any impact on the SP. They could LITERALLY say nothing and the SP would act the same. The same with their 100 views per post on X. Zero reach, zero impact.

The underlying confidence with Cotec, that they will succeed, is the level of insider ownership there. Getting Hypromag USA ready and onto Nasdaq must be right up there in terms of delivering sizeable returns on their investment. All good as an MKA invested spectator on the sidelines.....

In agreement - buy out value dramatically increases with MKAR and potential Hypromag listings.

So I'm definitely hoping there is no near-term buy-out, but MKA must look super apetising to the likes of USAR & MP (+others?) right now.

Not sure I buy the price suppression theory, but MKA are absolutely ripe for a takeover, albeit a potentially complex one.

At current SP it will be reliant on competition between buyers to achieve a decent sale price. Either way, this remains an exciting time to have a piece of this company

I was going to say exactly that. Some straightfwd comms from the BOD would nice to see, on this and other matters. A lot has happened over the past few months and investors have largely been left to try and piece together information to understand where the company is at against it's roadmap.

Investor comms go a long way and not sure why they don't make the effort.
