AIM is all about risk and opportunity cost

The platform is now massively de-risked, but the ongoing cash burn vs dilution risk remains until deals are done.

But then, I don't think people have the patience on AIM and there's only so much cash to go round. So it gets shifted about into the next big thing, until some AVCT deals are done or more obviously imminent.

As a LTH I'm pretty comfortable and today's RNS reveals another step closer to greatness. I really want to pump a load more into AVCT so I don't mind the SP stagnating until that's available!

I saw an interesting comment this week from a retail inv, that they just want to invest in the magnet/recycling side of the business, not the mining side.

I do wonder if that has held the relative price back a touch and can definitely see the benefit of the two entities separated out.

Mine-Refine-Recycle sounds great, but, as discussed a week or so ago, that breadth of operations that MKA is chasing has a bigger risk attached to it, especially when it's a start-up!

It's all just noise until MKAR is listed, at which point the knock-on events can begin, e.g. grant funding, govt loans etc

But the links that are shared on here, in terms of magnet/ndpr demand, do serve to bolster the hungry macro environment that MKAR is listing into.

Absolutely buzzing for the next few weeks to see where this goes. Averaged up over the past couple of weeks to over 100k shares in this and it's still cheep (like the budgie)

The additional $100m loan was mentioned at the point the $4.6m was awarded. Not sure on conditions for it, but it's been on the table for a few months now

I do think grants and loans will flow post MKAR listing rho, so watch this space

Suggest greenboxing this individual. I too have tried to understand why they bother, when the impact of their messages have zero impact on the SP. Zero.

Pure conjecture, but (that's what bbs are for!), in any other walk of life you wouldn't submit something as detailed as an F4 form and then resubit an updated version, without having some discourse with the reviewer. Even with a red line version that comes with all sorts of issues.

So, positive hat on, MKA would only submit this update following some form of comms with the SEC, otherwise they'd wait until SEC comments received and update at that point.

Either way I'm super relaxed, just happy to see that this is seemingly progressing at a decent pace.

Putting people's inevitable 'rampy' critiques and ££ arguments aside, this is a fantastic one-pager investment rationale.

It ticks all the boxes for a risk-reward offer and, with RH now in the chair, I think the commercial gears kick in.

How much dilution there is before any take-over happens is anyone's guess, but the end game here could be astronomical.

Or maybe it's because Iran and Israel are landing some direct blows on each other now.

Is this a general move to cash, across the board,, or a derisking in specific areas, like tech stocks and crypto? Maybe Rare Earths could be seen as having a bubble risk too.

Indeed, unless there's some leaked info, which I highly doubt, there's no imminent risk of a placing, so someone is simply choosing to put their eggs elsewhere. Opportunity cost is real when you're dealing with big slugs like that.

Fundamentals here look good, I just can't quite believe that the SP is below where it started before the recent news.

I am certainly holding for gold / magnets.

But someone out there is trying to exit quick, some big lumps being sold off this morning.

Patience is all that's required.......let's hope we get some SECxy news next week
