RR next to where it states it's an off book trade it is described as an TNCP trade . just looked it up o the LSE site and that means it's a non price forming trade which I take as because it was after close it didn't make any odds to the sp ... I'm pretty sure as well that they do say if it is a late reported trade ... so assume it wasn't
