Finally the share price creeps over 14p, been a long time coming. With Q3/H2 weeks away, lets hope it can hold and move forward. News has to start coming in soon -AGM can't be far off now either.

We must have the AGM coming up shortly, think it was beginning of June last year. If anything, at least we should get a progress update on everything.

Ok, so the share price may not reach the heights some have been hoping for, but lets not forget the potential for future dividends here once the oil starts to reach the markets and debts are paid off.

Wouldn't have thought 10.26p would cover the cost of a trade with HL. Would expect to see multiple similar trades of 1 share if what you say is true.

I know nothing of how these huge operations work in the oil industry but, would a supplier be contracted prior to FID being announced? Or is it a case that FID has already been decided just officially not signed off. Would you be signing off these long lead items if there was any doubt surrounding FID?

All sounds very positive to me. I shouldn't really but have topped up again (small amount)!

Personally, I'm fully loaded up with RKH shares and have been for quite some time. Probably have more than I should but that's the gamble. Trialling retirement at the moment so no longer have the funds to invest more - probably not a bad thing for me. I'd imagine quite a few on here have already taken their position on this stock hence why they are not currently buying in droves. One wiff of a positive announcement could easily change that.

I use ABP adblocker for samsung internet and get no ads on phone. I only get the annoying pop up video, but easy to shut that. Also use adblocker when on laptop to get rid of ads.

3.4M shares traded today which is a bit more than we usually get on a daily basis. Hopefully the next news update isn't too far away.

TROY INC GTH TST has announced reconstruction proposals under the following terms:

Scheme of Reconstruction (the Scheme) and Voluntary Liquidation of the Company.

Under the terms of the Scheme shareholders will receive STS Global Income and Growth PLC (STS) shares at a rate yet to be determined.

Under the terms of the Scheme, shareholders are being given the opportunity to elect for a Cash payment under the Cash Exit Offer.

Option 1: Accept the Cash Exit Offer on your full holding, at a rate yet to be determined.

Option 2: Accept the Cash Exit Offer on part of your holding at a rate yet to be determined.

If you do not make an election to receive Cash, you will receive the New STS shares as a default.

My average RKH price in my trading account is around 54p so I've got a little while to wait before CGT becomes an issue.

All depends how the sp reacts to FID announcement for me. I have no doubt greed will kick in again despite best efforts to supress it.

Not a bad rise in RKH's book for an update. Judging by all the new posters here today, news will slowly spread and hopefully lead to a continued climb back to where we should be. Anyone changing their end of year SP predictions yet?

Or equally, FI might need to have somebody in place ready to hit the ground running when FID is announced. Would look pretty silly if they didn't.

A really good question by OIL earlier. I've been pondering this for a while now and can't decide whether to take it at face value or believe that something else has driven this decision. If a company is prepared to pay RKH such a substantial amount up front before the ICSID case has concluded, then they must be pretty confident of winning. So why wouldn't RKH just wait it out? They must need the money sooner than they can wait?

I'm sticking with FID 2024 (subject to WW3 not starting!)

FID this year - now that is something we've not been able to say before, sounds good!

Will it actually happen? That is the $64,000 question.
