"Future meetings
We plan to hold an investor meeting on Thursday, 30 September 2021, circumstances permitting, which will give private shareholders the chance to meet and question the Board in person. Details of the event and how to register will be announced in due course."
Is this finally the one we were told about at the last AGM?
So we got our AGM RNS at last. Considering 21st June is (at the moment) supposed to be 'Freedom Day' where all restrictions are to be lifted, you'd have thought it would result in a normal AGM. Unfortunately things are looking a little worrying on the new variant front so it's hard to be totally critical. Will be glad when it's all behind us.
Ovets, yes it's a possibility. The unlocking on the 21st should in theory have made an attended AGM possible however that date is starting to look a little shaky now with infections on the rise again. Lets hope the scientists and politicians call it right!
No problem. I think Glen pointed out earlier that there is a 21 day (minimum?) requirement so if the 29th is correct then we should hear something more specific by the 8th (next Tuesday). I'd like to think the company is well versed with the rules surrounding these matters. Not long till we find out.
I also believe HBR have their AGM on the 23rd which is perhaps more important to us.
GLA.
Surfit, it was in the end of year results RNS last month -
1.2 Statement of compliance
"The consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with international accounting standards in conformity with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The consolidated financial statements were approved for issue by the board of directors on 19 May 2021 and are subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 29 June 2021."
Think it was buried in the end of year results RNS -

Website states it will be in May/June, so probably towards end of June.

No, we've had the licence extension too. As for SL still being suspended, who knows? One of the requirements was for oil price to improve, which I think has been done. It's a waiting game as usual.
Down 13% on no trades again.
Being a bit too simplistic there with regards to Mr market. Today's sp indeed reflects the market's expectation of SL going ahead - based on info known TODAY. As we all know, the market can move on the smallest hint of news. Applying the same logic to the OM award, I would have to ask why stay in for it when Mr market is saying unlikely - 'today'?
On the point regarding our new office, have we actually increased our floor space with this move? I note our new office has 2761 sq/ft however I can't pinpoint the space occupied by our previous address. All I could find was a reference to circa 5000 sq/ft for the fourth floor, which I guess had other companies on it? There is a space available now at 2,954 sq ft
(https://www.realla.co.uk/details/22141690#major-tenants) which is roughly the same size. That would leave space of circa 2000 sq/ft. Is it possible we've downsized or did we occupy part of the 'other' 2000 sq/ft? Or am I barking up the wrong tree.
At least there should now be a decent saving on the rent. Anyone here visited the London office in the past?
