I genuinely believe seed is worth 5p as it now (investments and cash)

My problem is will WE as private holders ever see that?

Almost 9 years ago abony sold our stake in moon active for 500k telling us it was a great deal(months later it was sold on for 10mil and sane stake is now worth 300mil)

Of course that scumbag just rnriched himself at our expense.

His mate Ed did the same to us with leap gaming.

To have been holding through that is sickening .I hold now in a faint hope that Mellon will hopefully get rid of mcdermott and at the same time add some integrity here,and hopefully we see some value as shareholders.

It looks like he is heading for at least 20%.

He should have that by August at this rate.of course there is value here but the history of fffwd/seed has meant that private holders have never seen it.

The only faint hope we have is Mellon.

In Jim we trust ......hopefully.

All sarcasm aside,I wonder if we will see an RNS next week telling us that Jim has increased again?

Looks like he is aiming for a good 20% here.

I know it is clutching at straws here but I hope he knows something that will positively effect our share price?

I know it's akin to clutching your lottery ticket hoping its a winner but we have nothing else.

I just don't understand why Jim woukd want to associate himself anywhere near mcdermott??

Trust is like an expensive vase and when it is broken ,no matter how well it is glued together it will never be right.

Mcdermott was on the board of leap and he 100% knew there was never going to be an ipo.

But he kept up the bs so momma abony could dump her 13million shares on us,he even had the cheek to value leap ar 100plus mil.

All while he knew his mates mum was dumping and then when he had to admit it he had the cheek to question why she was selling when leal was worth so much according to him.

This is a man who is trusted with private investors hard earned money and he is a proven manipulate liar.

Reputation is everything in the buisness world and Jim has an estimated wealth of 1.3 billion.it doesn't make sense to me that he is now holding 16% in a fund ran by Mr bean.

A man who has lost 25% of our NAV every year for the last 6-7 years.

He is utterly useless.

So why would Mellon show such faith in such a failure now??

I think it is just wishful thinking from me barwick but in all probability you are right.

But it is a terrible look for Jim.the longer he is involved with mcdermott,the more he will look like his partner in crime/guilt by association.

Last week mat said there has never been nothing smart about any CEOs of ffwd/seeds obviously none are qualified to manage people's money we only have to look at our depreciating NAV and share price over the last 6-7 years to see that.

But lorne and Ed have been good at looking after themselves (and the board)

Ed said himself once he may not be the best stock picker (what an under statement that was)

He is completely finished after this in terms of managing any kind of a fund .

I just cannot understand why Jim Mellon has associated himself with this disaster ?

I would like to see Jim get rid of our useless and incompetent CEO mcdermott and get rid of the surplus on the board.

This fund is crying out for some credibility. I am sure by the end if the year we will know Mellons intentions one way or another.

Is it going to be more of the same today from the same lot I wonder?

The only objective is to keep taking 80k of our money EVERY month.

It is a srain on AIM that this type of daylight theft is allowed to happen.regulators need to force these crooks out .mcdermott and his band of merry men are the type of people that are destroying AIM.

They need to be held to account for the sake of AIM.

On average we have had 2 or 3 trades a day for months now,with the majority of them being sells.

It is yet another example of why this should be wrapped up and the proceeds being given bk to us.

But as we know it is free money for them so there is no chance of that.

I am sure after this nightmare we will see mcdermott involved with other companies.good luck to anyone trusting him again after this debacle.

Shorting a stock is one way of making money I guess but its the way that shorters then spend all day and night on a board ?! Devoting all thar time just to knock the stock.its snake like behaviour. Where do these shorter find the time,I have to assume they are jobless?it's 7 days a week with at least 10 posts a day from each devoted shorter!!

I would be over the moon if mcdermott was selling up,the man has been a complete failure here after many years of incompetence.

Mellon is acquiring a good size stakei wouldn't complain if he told our resident investment guru to sling his hook and he became CEO and repaired the damage to the reputation I'd seed.

Well,I admire your positive attitude.

Being in ffwd/seed as long as I have makes a person very cynical ,our NAV has declined 20-25% for the last 8 years.

Unreserved wages alone taking 8% of that every year.

Mcdermott and alfredo alone are on almost 300k a year with expenses for doing 1 day a week ,or probably 1 day a month.

It's shocking and blatant theft of investors money for no return.we are too small a fund to be paying out almost 1 million a year in expenses.

AIM needs some huge reform .directors should be limited in how many other companies they are on the board of and also salaries should be capped of half payed in money and other half in shares of the company so they are I'm it with private investors too.

Something should also be done about spread on AIM .it should never be more than 5% to attract investors. Also transparency of buys/sells.

These things and more need sorting because AIM is in a death spiral and unscrupulous CEOs are basically stealing peoples hard earned money.

Reefles my gripe is not with you it's fine with me you being positive . But I want to know what mcdermott has done here to make you feel so?

Look at the NAV destruction in the last 5-6 years under his so called leadership.

In fact we lose 8% of our NAV every year on their undeserved wages.

We are not getting that bk from any of mcdermott astute investing.

He is also a Stine faced liar but probably the most honest thing he has said over years is "I may not be the best stock picker".

Damn right there,what an understatement. Our worth is getting less and less every year while him and his friends wages get bigger.

2025- 5.5p

2024- 6.7p

2023- 7.5p

2022- 8.7p

2021- 9.5p

A couple of years ago he even had the audacity to have a pop at the market saying he thought the market was wrong!

He has completely ran out of excuses .not only does he deliver nothing ,he completely destroys our value our NAV over the last 5 years show.forget about what bs he comes out with ,just look at the last 5 years NAV to see the "value" he brings here .
