More chunky buys on Friday as there was all last week.it seems someone is accumulating ,I wonder if its Mellon adding to his stake again?

Hopefully snake Ed has whispered in his ear about some upcoming good news?

Probably me just wishful thinking but I do see it as a good sign .

To call this an investment fund is an insult to real investment funds!!

The question is,why Fridays near 11% rise? Could it be sale of London office?

Meaning another big chunk of debt paid off.

Or could it be a positive trading update about to land,or just the fact we are so undervalued?

I personally think it is the sale of the London office.all positive anyway.i fully agree kamani needs to be kept in check ,that's why I like big Mike around.

Kamani has shown nothing but contempt towards PIs over the last 3 years.

Yes 8411 I remember the 36p prediction by Ed,its well orchestrated bs.

Ed trouble is that none of his predictions have come true.he has lost all credibility and trust from the LTHs.

He would need to pull a huge rabbit out of the hat to try and restore trust,I don't believe he can ,or indeed cares for that matter.we have been like driftwood for years this fund is pointless.

Seeing some of the old investors here is like a sad lonely hearts club ha.

Even Mellon has lost alot of credibility.

Juvenescence has supposed to been ipo'ing for the last 7 years .its no wonder these guys are friends.

It makes me laugh how when these guys buy a large tranch of shares if barely moves the needle but when we try doing the same ,it shoots the sp up ,making it almost impossible.these lot look after each other so let's hope we get some good news soon to send this sp north.

We could certainly do with some.

I cannot imagine 50p would please most investors.

Even 60p would be painful for alot of long suffering investors but would 60p get the deal over the line?

I agree with what you said yesterday bfd.let big Mike have a seat on the board,someone needs to keep an eye on the board.the fact that the board was willing to go along with the 3 Mil bonuses knowing results was terrible.it obviously seems that the boo board do not have PI's best interest at heart.they have been silent for 3 years and only now we hear from them because they are forced.big Mike being the sly fox he is has seen this as a prime opportunity .but the board are to blame,allowing big Mike to build up such a large stake is beyond me?

Like alot here,I do not completely trust big Mike or the boo board.

But I think with big Mike on the board I will be happy with that because this board has ran riot for the last 3 years ,big Mike forces them to be accountable .

What angers me is that Ed treats our money as his to do as he pleases.

His job is to preserve it but I see the opposite here.

We do not need the 2 non exec's burns and cairns or even alfredo for that matter(who refuses to own any stock but is happy to take an outrageous salary).this and many other reasons are why I am critical of Ed.

Stop giving our money away Ed.you yourself said you may not be the best stock picker(what kind of a fund manager admits to that)

The right thing to do is liquidate this s@itshow and return what is salvaged to us.until I see he has our interests at heart I will call him out.

I remember once when Ed did one of his many BS filled podcasts he said "if I got 30mil offered for leap no chance would I take it".

He knew all along ,he was on the leap board,it was never going to ipo.

Wheres the 20% ii?

The right thing to do would be to liquidate this shambles.with cash and investments we would get 4p.we would all take that.

Ed deliberately misled and lied to us about the leap ipo while he secretly knew at the same time that lornes mother was selling her millions of shares to unsuspecting punters .

Your damn right behaviour like that makes him a lowlife and basically a devious character.his job being in charge of a fund is to MAKE investors money.but instead ,the NAV has lost almost 12 mil in 3 years.but him and the board refuse to take share as payment ,even though this fund is tiny and we need every penny.

I remember at the time the board said to change the name to increase investor appetite,that really worked!

I remember years ago ,was it motley fool critisisng ffwds outrageous fees.

Of course Mellon and abony were not happy .but the same scam is still being perpetrated by Ed and his crooked boys.go bk years and read any RNS and it's the same BS oh we are such a discount to NAV it will catch up.of course it never does.the trick is to keep the lie going.we lose out constantly when they take 800k of our hard earned money every year.its outright theft..they promise investments will ipo and they never do,instead they go bust or get sold on to friends.ed had the audacity to say his reputation matters the most to him.

Nobody will invest in this knowing the undeserved fees.

I personally think the vote is a forgon conclusion and that MK has alot of support from ii.

But I like big Mike around as you say it keeps MK honest.

Big Mike is certainly no white Knight and never has been.IF he ever put a bid in for boo I would be amazed if it was over 50p,that will never be enough for investors

But I do think MK became complacent and things needed shaking up.

Looks like big Mike is doing the shaking.

Good question.i have quite a few of these unfortunately and it would take a while to sell up considering there are no buyers.

But I do believe a rising tide floats all boats ,even this junk,and that will hopefully allow me to get out at 3 or 4p.maybe a turning point an agreement between ukraine v russia.

But I have been here over 9 years so my emotions will be different to someone who has been here 12-18 months.

So I will have to grin and bear it till then ,however long that takes?but while I see the constant incompetence by Ed and the board I will call it out and if it prevents events one person from being sucked into this scam it will make me feel that little bit better.

I do not mind anybody getting paid for doing a good job(if only our ceo even did an average job here that would be an improvement)but our nav has lost 2.5mil in the last 12 months and 11.5mil in the last 3 years WHILE our muli millionaire ceo Ed gets a wage rise every year!

Him and the greedy board refuse to take pay in shares ,why not I wonder,don't they believe in the investments?

It's us the see share price destruction year after year .

As longlad has said this has been a constant loss making fund for crying out loud we are paying for all this incompetence.

I echo your thoughts pal.

OK,we all know the macro economics are not great but we are a tiny fund valued at 2.6mil currently and falling ,at all time lows.

The board knows we need to preserve every penny we have but yet they refuse to take their undeserved salaries in lieu of shares.it would go a long way in showing us their faith in the future and that they are in this with us all.

Instead it feels like two fingers up to all us private investors .

The greed from the board at a time when we need every penny is what really makes me sick.

Big Mike has a reputation for paying peanuts ,he looks after number 1 ,his history shows that.

I want him around to keep MK on his toes but not too close that he takes us to the cleaners.

I have added again because,like big Mike and MK it is blindly obvious there is value here.

The mere sign of stability here and then growth and we are off to the races.

I am more optimistic than I have been in a long while here.

He knows what he is doing when he says these things,it is to deliberately mislead private investors.

2.7mil MC and falling

It is certainly squeaky bum time reading some of these posts,feels like the end of the world ha.

My take is this,no matter who gets the vote ,there is some serious value to be had here.the kamani clan have recently pumped 15mil in and big Mike owns almost 30% now so around 100mil also pumped in.my thinking is having both around keeps each other as honest as possible(as some have alluded to already)and hopefully we benefit along the way ?

This stock is not for the faint hearted but I am adding again over next few days because I too see real value.
