That presentation was like so many of the past,same bs wording"hes on the inside most of the time,but wants to buy more shares and the real cringe one he's "pregnant with information".the market is missing a trick remark made me laugh.

No Ed,the market like us long suffering investors have heard it all before.with a board on near half a million total salary and a

decreasing NAV of 25% every year,what a cracking fund we are.

I agree longlad it was no suprise to any of us long termers to hear useless Ed had said the last thing he would do is liquidate the fund.

We have a board on a total of 400k a year over-seeing a 3mil pound fund and they all refuse to take shares in liue of salary or part salary even.bunch of leeches the lot of them.

And what is going on with juvenescence? It makes up almost 20% of our NAV ,we were told it was going to ipo....that was about 5 years ago!

Every year we have watched as our NAV is worth less and less. The arrogance and contempt from Ed and the board towards us private investors I sickening.

Makes me wonder sometimes.some investors get so excited when boo rises 4 or 5% but then freak out if it goes down by the same amount?this was always a recovery play for me however long that takes, 3,4 or 5 years?

But I have gone into it with my eyes open and realise the risks here .

Boo will not see its highest highs again ,there is too much competition. But I am confident of a recovery to some extent and holding out for 1 pound a share ,and I am willing to wait a few years for it.its all about controlling our emotions and blocking out all the white noise.

We have a MC of 2.5mil and sp heading to under 1p all while our board steals an undeserved living,the arrogance from them is sickening. The idea was meant to be we will have some losers but the winners will make up for that and more? Well our"winner"was leap that we held for 7 years and we only managed to break even! It's blatantly obvious that the intention here is for the board to get their undeserved salary while us private investors are not even an afterthought.a truly shocking performance here for so long .last accounts put us at NAV 13mil or 6.7p a share yet the market has us at near 1p.there is a reason for that,Eds incompetence and shocking history here.i would say hang your head in shame Ed but the man obviously has none.

Very well said yesterday tak.of course we do not need 3 NEDS ,I mean the idea of a NED is that they bring something to the party but we have not made an investment in forever now.

It is yet another example of the old boys club ,fleecing us investors.market cap of less than 3mil now we are priced to fail.the market knows the game here and is pricing us accordingly.this is the most painful stock I have ever held.make no mistake ,Ed could not care less about us private investors.

From eds point of view he doesn't need to rush.hes already got almost half of his original investment bk here while most LTH are massively underwater and probably won't ever break even here .

He kept the leap lie valuation BS up just so that lornes mum could sell out her 12million shares.the illusion here is that private investors will make money when in fact this joke of a fund has been loss making for years.this is just a vehicle to move our money to his friends ventures.this is ran by a bunch of unscrupulous conmen .

We held leap for 7 years and only broke even yet these scumbags have the audacity to call themselves fund managers!

It's just jobs for the boys.while they collect their grossly undeserved salaries,they will never do the put PIs first.

I certainly would not complain about another dividend although I was disappointed our esteemed ceo has not extended the share buyback.

Still no word on new investment what is he playing at? Although the thought seems to send alot of people reaching for the sell button.

Be great if he has seen the light and is in fact winding this down.he could still leave leave with an ounce of credibility. I would take 4p and would be much wiser in future.

Whilst I would not complain dags,the fact remains we are meant to be an investment fund so we need the money for investments .

Whilst Eds record is let's be polite and say patchy at best.

As mat Said last week ,it is hard to see where we can go from here and it wouldn't suprise him if Ed was considering winding this "investments fund "down.providing he returned all proceeds over to investors I think it is a great idea .

Also probably why it won't happen!

Winding this fund up and giving the proceeds bk to us shareholders wouldn't be such

a bad idea mat.but I carnt see Ed doing that until him and his boys have ran some of that 4mil down

on wages.he will probably waste 1.5mil on some friends venture.i imagine most of us would snatch eds hand off now for 4p a share.

I cannot see any positive sp action here for a long while now.

Be interesting to see where the next monetized event will come from?

Will we sell the last of our stake in evextra? Or maybe sell our juvenescence stake?

I cannot see anything happening for a while now but the divi has been welcome.

I get it is another way to make money but some just go the extra mile.i mean the constant bashing the stock while still hanging around screams of snake behaviour. I guess some people are real machiavellian characters.its just constant ,like almost mentally unstable.i cannot be good for anyone mental health constantly on a stocks board you say you hate so much.

Then I hold more with HL.

I got a message from HL a month before payment and was payed on time(13)

But with barclays I have had no messages or dividend??

I rang up and they said they will look in to it??? Is anyone else here with barclays and have you had same problems?

Sorry I should have said a time frame.

I meant to say this is worth 5p in the next 18-24 months.considering the current nav is just shy of 7p I do think 5p shoul be achieved. Providing the economy is also improving .

But 5p to a man like me who has been here 9 years is still terrible.even at 5p I am so far down it is embarrassing. BUT for those buying now I do think this makes for quite a decent solid investment my views on Ed remain the same until I see a real turnaround but at least the divi is a start in my eyes anyway.

I kind of agree ,we are good for 5p here so a good 100% plus gain from here.we are cash rich with no debt.

I am happy with the divi there are some fantastic opportunities out there at 10year lows!

But it would be foolish for us to forget we have been loss making here for many years through terrible investment decisions from our bod.hopefully the penny has dropped with Ed but we will see.

Maybe even one day we may even get news of this ipo of juvenescence that Jim has promised for the last 5 years.

I personally am happy after suffering here for many years. There's alot of good stocks out there at bargain prices..

But I won't be buying anymore here.

I certainly breathed a sigh of relief when I seen we had received the second leap payment and like everyone else ,I would love to see a 1p dividend.but after having so much pain for many years here it's hard to see this lot putting us first for a change .I have no faith in ed at all because I am convinced he is controlled like a puppet by lorne.

But at least the money should see us ride out this rough market and we should eventually rise when the AIM market does.maybe 5 or even 6p could be achieved who knows but at least this money allows us to ride the market out.

Providing genius Ed doesn't do something reckless with it.

It only seems like a few short years ago when you browsed the board and seen 15-20 posts that they were nearly all interesting debates and or informative.

These days it is constant arguements from the same people it seems .I cannot for the life of me understand why people just don't use the filter button and save us all from it?

I I know this is common on boards where a stocks sp has taken a beating.

Let's hope for a brighter future in sp and a healthier board.

All this talk of dividends is just wishful thinking I am afraid ffwd/seed in the last 10 years do not have a history of giving bk to private investors it's always been about TAKING from investors.abit like medical canabis juiceyfields that have just been busted.although seed is not a ponzi scheme,it has all the characteristics of one!

I would love to be proved wrong and see this clown pay us a 1p dividend but it is not happening.very hard to see where he goes feom here now because nobody trusts him or believes a word he says anymore,he has burnt his bridges.let us see if we even get the second leap payment first.if not then watch this POS drop below 1p in the blink of an eye.
