Another investment down the pan is just another day at the office for seed mat.from one shambles to another.

It really wouldn't suprise me if we didn't get a RNS this month to tell us some bs reason why we didn't get the second leap payment.this fund has been a complete disaster as an investment.

Easy dags.it is with a heavy heart that I say I have to agree with you in that we as investors have to take responsibility, I am as much to blame for holding for so long as Ed is for his deliberate and misleading lies.

My trouble was I fell in love with leap gaming,I really believed Ed wouldn't do to us what his mate lorne did when he sold us out with moon active a few years earlier.i researched every single new game leap made and all of leaps competitors.i was so far down the rabbit hole it made me blinkered.it proved to me research is pretty pointless when the CEO doesn't have investors best interest at heart.i also agree that the majority of AIM companies are not meant to be held long term(certainly seed isn't but there are some exceptions ) it has to be a short term mindset and that took me a long time to get my daft head around. Like you say ,without holding a mirror up to ourselves we are set to repeat the same mistakes.take it easy anyway pal.

Unlike idiot me who has held all the way down.it wouldn't matter if we had some great investments here because as you say mate we will never benefit.

Alarming really but i guess its important for us all to keep that in mind .in all the years I have been invested in this POS I have seen no evidence that this has been been run for the benefit of private investors.

He knows he should liquidate this joke of a fund and give bk what we get to us holders. But it is obvious his only concern is take make sure he pays his and his mates undeserved salaries.then he has the audacity to say his reputation means everything to him!!!

We held game for 6-7 years and leap made huge progress yet we only managed to sell it for what we paid all them years ago!

Of course no serious investor worth their salt will touch this as an investment. Its blatantly obvious us PIs will never benefit here .

But where does Ed go from here now ? I mean the game is up now he obviously should do the decent thing and A liquidate this or B walk.

But as all long termers know he's not a moral man.maybe when the market rises we may see some kind of rise in sp here .apart from that there will be no value for holders .that will be the time to sell.i have nothing but disdain for Ed and his disgusting greedy friends.bunch of crooks the lot of them.

Hi reefles.i hardly post much these days because like this excuse for a fund it is pointless.but your post resonated with me.we all assumed we would have a few stinkers but the odd winners would make up for all the rest and more.

That would have happened had we PIs been allowed to benefit from our investment in moon active and leap.it is now clear that we will never benefit ,history here shows that.

We will always be sold a fancy lie,while our money is wasted on eds friends ventures .I wouldn't encourage anyone to "invest "in the fund,you would have more success in Vegas!

Ed got this gig to make sure this downright theft continues. I have given up on my money here but after years of listening to lorne and eds lies it's makes you lose your faith in people.it has been a very expensive lesson learned.good luck everyone in future anyway,

I agree readonly,boohoo is in a healthier position than asos in terms of less debt and more liquidity and in these tough times that is important to keep in mind.

But what really sets these 2 apart is the new exciting distribution centre boo has now up and running in the US.j cannot wait to see the results of that operation.

On a side note ,I couldn't care less what the kumani spend their money on.good luck to them or anyone else who has made it.

You are right,the only way to make money in this is by buying and selling literally within days and weeks.

But that is exactly what is wrong here.the idea of having to trade a fund to make money just shows that this it is not run or does not act like a fund at all.the idea of a fund as we know is that you can afford to leave it while the NAV grows then sp follows,but it's the opposite here.it will remain that way while Ed stays in charge .

Made me laugh that longlad ,you do have a certain way with words.

I don't even think he's interested in sugar coating his many failures mate.he bought in at near lows so he knows he gets his money back after he has completely bled us dry.there is no risk to him at all so he's alright Jack.

Our history here shows anytime we sell out at a gain ,that money then gets lost down the line on some "exciting investment".even as far back as factom when nobody else would fund it ,our "fund managers thought it was a great idea to give them 5mil .of course we are ones that lost out. It's just been rinse and repeat.

Which is exactly the reason our NAV has shrunk over the last 8 years.there is ni growth here whatsoever. That is more by design than anything else ,especially is just carrying on with it and doing just as well as his mate turkey teeth did.but even this POS should get swept up with the market when things turn to probably 5p ish.thats when I will be willing to sell(at a large loss) but greatful to get out.until then mate its going to be a painful wait here .2 maybe 3 years I would say.

100% he is good at looking after himself and his friends ....with our money!

And I am sure his friends will have his back for that with a nice paying job after he has squeezed the last drops out of us here.

But his days of being called a fund manager are numbered.the contempt he has for us investors was for all to see with the typical "I have managed to turn 600k into 13k" trick .

I remember him saying his reputation meant more to him than money.again that was all smoke and mirrors because as you rightly say mate ,he knows his friends of other companies will welcome him with his track record.

But in the fund managing world he is a laughing stock.

It's frightening to think he has almost 7mil of our money to spend with another 2.3mil next April.

It's sickening really because obviously we will not benefit from it one bit.

But eds trick will be to create the illusion that we will benefit.

History on the other hand is a great predictor and tells us we will not benefit.

It's nailed on now we revisit 1.6p again.

I imagine it will be hard to find anyone here who is positive about ffwd/seed who has been here longer than 2 years.

What me or anyone else writes on here will not make one jot of difference to the sp or to Ed for that matter.but just like his mate lorne,eds days are over after this in terms of managing investors money again.so while he will not care what we write ,he will not be able to escape his total incompetence,that will follow him and rightly so.but it is also a valuable lesson for us all.our "exciting "investments made by our CEO only end up being exciting to Ed and his friends .its obvious we just get sold a lie.the trust for Ed has gone a long time ago from alot of investors.

It has been a disaster here but it is obvious that this so called fund is not to benefit shareholders(the years of disappointment have shown that) it is to use shareholders money to fund his friends ventures and for Ed to collect a large undeserved salary working probably 10 hours a week for as long as he can.i am so far underwater I cannot sell .it feels like being stuck in a nightmare for years.but after this I will not touch early stage rubbish again.

Not looked in for a while but I see the pointless arguments still take up most of the board ,which is such a shame because it will probably scare off investors.the sp is slowly heading in the right direction so calm down people .slow and steady wins the race .I believe we are lucky to be able to add around these levels .in 12 months time so many people will kick themselves for not buying as much as they could now.if you believe then why argue ? If you don't believe then sell up and move on and do the rest of us all a favour!

nepotism after all,he certainly has done nothing to be called a fund manager.I mean nearly everything he says he's a proven bs merchant like where is this 20% investor? Went in a puff of smoke like the leap ipo .like mat has said In the past,nobody with any credibility will touch this because its been tainted in the past with so many dodgy decisions to deliberately deceive investors. The new investors will seem upbeat until after a few years they see the repeat of lies and the NAV never increasing.then they will see things the way us long termers do.but eventually,even this pos sp will increase eventually,only because the market in general does.to what price? Depends on world events but it will have nothing to do with ed .that will be the sign to get the hell out of here and never return.the problem here is us small investors were supposed to benefit from our best investments (moon and leap) But as know we never did or never will in the future .its just about selling a story here to reel in unsuspecting investors.i researched the hell out of leap gaming for years but it was all in vain .

I remember the days when jlp only had 250mil shares ,now it will be 3 billion!!! I get the adage it's to support growth ,but where is the growth in the share price??when leon too over-the-counter sp was about 34p!! Look at the history here,a history of issuing shares like confetti unfortunately.
