Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Goes to Greg25 who has kept the only positive thought about this company with dreams and fantasies with no facts to support. This is a day traders stock now, nothing more. BMD issues a tweet from the twit. SP goes up, he sells and the moms and dads are left with nothing. The. Greg talks about some BS about India, then some BS about a merger with Eagle and the hits just keep in coming. On top of that he attacks everyone else. Be aware of the games being played.
Greg. You seem to be the last man standing to support this stock which is your decision of course. Double has laid out the facts to support his opinion, I want to have an open mind about the future and would be interested to hear your views to support your positive view. I would very much appreciate your input. FB
Yes I would walk away. Cut his losses before his reputation is totally in shatters. Don’t think ADL has an office in London so I wonder what he does all day, maybe drives Uber. The other director lives in Perth and is the Chairman of another company so he isn’t working too hard in ADL imo. So you wonder who actually is doing any work in the company. Not sure if their team in Indonesia team is even in place. So many questions and so few answers
Sad but true. Time for Simon to step aside, his lack of leadership is shocking. I met him once, lovely guy but no skills to run a company. Sad but true
Double. Take a bow mate, your predictions have been spot on??
I see everyone has gone quiet. Those who are praying for a turnaround don’t have anything positive to say and those who have been less than positive seem to be proven correct. Haven’t heard from Simon the Ghost in months. Rob Arnott is MIA. CFO was fired for incompetence IMHO, due date to hear about Coulter, long since past. Shall we have a contest to guess how many days it will be until the administrators are called in and BMD as his clowns take the shell for peanuts.
Greg. Pretty arrogant attitude. So you only want people on this board to agree with you. You sound like Donald Trump. Agree with me or go home. Haven’t seen too many positive comments on the board supporting your obvious ramping motives. Look in a mirror and tell me what you see. Desperation just like ADL.
Don’t you get it. There is no deal that BMD was talking about. A simple manipulation. He bought stick low, did his tweet and BS write up, stock goes up, he sells, goes quiet and can do it all again. It is a scam with him. FB
Alot has happens since then. Well actually nothing but with BMD in the game we don’t stand. Chance
On Eagle Gas. I think we are reading too much into the owners etc as I can’t see what value ADL brings to the table. I believe the BOD did Eagle Gas because they desperately needed a deal that they can close. IMHO believe that Eagle was the true deal of desperation. FB
Somebody is kidding themselves for sure. I feel that Colter is encouraging but has no value to sell until at least one more well is drilled. They have been quiet on Indonesia so perhaps they will announce something there. This company has adopted the strategy of misdirection. More like a ponzai scheme. Haven’t heard from Simon for months, never a good sign. iMHO
I agree with DoubleUp that the Colter value proposition is still in the early stages. One well does not result in 15 mm bold, any industry player will tell you that. They have to drill an appraisal well before any company will show interest and they will have to get a 3rd party reserves assessment to support their value estimates. Colter value is a long way off and costly. A small under funded company, like ADL, is in a precarious position when they are involved in high cost off shore exploration. I believe they did a deal of desperation. Time will tell FB
Morning boys. My issue with BMD taking a position is that he may want to take over the company and the board through a board spill. He has done this before and is the cheapest way for he and his mates to buy a shell for rock bottom price and that leaves the LTSH out in the cold. Colter is still in exploration phase so no sale value there. We haven’t heard squat from Simon on Indonesia after he spoke so much about the project pipeline. They will need money either way which is another worry. Hope I am wrong FB
Crook not Creole. Bloody spell check.
Hi all. I am shocked that people are making investment decisions based on BMD involvement and a few tweets. He was a creole, don’t forget that and he is the most manipulative bloke in AIM. We know that Colter is still in the exploration/appraisal that will need another well before value can be estimated. A long way off. I don’t like where this is headed and just don’t trust BMD one bit. He has left a swathe behind him of failed ventures and shareholder losses. DYOR. FB
Mike. I agree. I looked at their website and they look professional and are a company owned by their employees. I had a look at Dan’s CV, prior to ADL he was the CFO of Northcott which went the same way. CFO of two companies that both became a sh&t show. Good riddance I say.
Well we were right. CFO resigns or was pushed which is more likely after being responsible for the financial debacle of this company over the last few years. One less mouth to feed for ADL. Not sure his reputation is very good in London so will be surprised if he pops up again. No tears from me on this. Wonder if there will be others
An equally important question re Colter value realized by ADL, is when? Not buying the 3 week deadline that has been kicked around but when is as big an uncertainty as how much. Good luck to all. FB
Thanks Greg. Not sure what the new direction is but I am also sure it will be a new BOD as well. This mob really hasn’t performed but then when I look at their CV’s it doesn’t surprise me. ADL is not the first company they cocked up.
Greg. Not sure about India idea but not impossible but I do agree that there will be some sort of corporate transaction involving ADL. It is obvious that someone is accumulating as you can see when a PI buys, usually an odd number of shares but there are many more at 500k lots or larger. Thoughts? FB
