Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Spot on. Nothing to see there. This is an IoM company and FIM is the company sec as it was with ADL and CEB before that. FB
Double. It’s ok to be negative but it might be a bit early to judge.
I also noticed that the website was virtually the same except the name. They still had references to Indonesia and the UK when in their RNS it was clear that this was not the case so there is a bit of confusion. They also said that they had completed their obligation in Indo but I thought their obligation included drilling a well. Not sure about that though I may be wrong.
Seems a bit confusing however it is early days so will wait and watch. I can’t help to think we are getting ready for another rinse and repeat gameshow
But it is early days. FB
Ageee..., both respect and disappointment are earned. Time will tell which side of the coin these guys will show. FB
I have read through the RNS and scrolled through the website. Looks like they are putting lipstick on a pig at this point. Still referring to the UK and Indonesia which I think are already in there way out. Didn’t get a good feeling about this but time will tell when then bring in their first asset. That will be a milestone moment. Are they truly different or is it more of the same Blah blah that the AIM casino is famous for. Time will tell. FB
Double. This is pretty text book stuff and I agree with ismalia on this one. They took over the shell not because they loved the Indonesian asset but because they have something else up their sleeves. They need to take their time, get the EGM out of the way, and slowly let the market know what the new strategy of the company is, then they will introduce an asset they have their hands on that is in accordance with the new strategy.
If they are smart, and I believe they are very smart, they will take their time and get it right. There is no reason to go faster other than to appease the old ADL shareholders. IMHO FB
Well all. Have been tracking this stock for years and this is the first time I am truly optimistic. Not sure what the new team have in mind but it should be exciting. Putting their hands into their pockets makes me a buyer as well. Good luck to all. FB
Sons. That was 6 yrs ago. Man you have to leave that behind and look to the future FB

You must be more cautious as if you did have more real information then you have violated the MAR regs. Advise more caution and less bravado.
First bit of optimism to share. These boys are serious players, backed by their own money and they will have a plan already. Normally groups who take over a shell have an asset or strategy already in place. I am confident this is a new beginning for us all FB
In all fairness this is an excellent move as these blokes bought the shell for 500k and they can pay some bills. It is a “Groundhog Day” scenario but it was time for the last mob to be put down and let the new group try something. They put more money into the company than the ADL BOD has done in total. Out with the old and in with the new. Very good vibe indeed. FB
The company has a big trading day if one trade st 54 k. Of shares not value. Helpful might be the only one on the planet who is positive about this dog with fleas. No one else is hence the single trade day. FB
Helpful. You really are living in LaLa land. A micro cap company like ADL has not business being in the offshore exploration game. Yes they got a bit if a result but still not commercial and requires at least 2 more wells which ADL share of the drill would be at least double their present MC. They never will be drilled. I wonder if the FCA would consider ADL as “trading while insolvent”. I suspect they would. FB

You are living in lala land. There will be no news because they have nothing to report on. No assets, no money, no future. If there is news it will only be bad news. I am sure their unpaid bills are mounting and their ability to pay is virtually nil. The fat lady has finished her song and the curtains have dropped in ADL. FB
Fat Lady. Stupid predictive type.
Well all. The fat lady is singing the last act of this catastrophe. Amazing it has stayed alive so long given the blatant incompetence displayed. I heard from a mate that Simon is working full time as a consultant with an engineering company, not sure if that is correct. But it makes sense.
The workovers took too long and cost too much and delivered little. The well to be drilled was a game changer but that won’t happen now. The NS stuff is a long way off and expensive, what were they thinking getting into that gig No one knows other to use the story to raise more funds and feather their professional beds.
The CLN from Optiva was not exercised because they didn’t perform. And the screw ups go on and on.
Enjoy the fat lady’s voice, it will be the last thing you will hear from this disaster. RIP FB
Perhaps but not with the history of ADL with Simon the Ghost and the Board of Duds. This is now just a shell with a bucket full of unpaid bills is my guess. No one will touch this with a barge pole.
I believe there never was a plan since they moved away from the power strategy. They have been jumping around like a rabbit in heat ever since. Warner is spending his time chasing rainbows in Australia. The CFO, Dan (whatever his last name was) couldn’t keep the debits in the left and the credits on the right of the balance sheet and then there is our illustrious leader Simon, who has been a ghost and disappeared when things went bad. You couldn’t script this fiasco. Yes Double, sorry that good guys on this board lost money but then this is the AIM casino. FB
Well DoubleUp. You can take a victory lap and I will be right along side. We have been saying that this day would come. No assets, no money and no future. Sorry to say but we were right. My post on going into administration was removed, but I guess the truth hurts to some on this board. FB
Investing in ADL is like hitting your head against the wall..., it only feels good when you stop. Have a great weekend all. FB
Double. I agree with you 100%. This is crazy however the investors can see through the smoke as no one is buying this stock. No one.
