Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Greg. What bile is that moron Doc Halliday spilling now? Can you share?
Waiting for another production increase of 4.5 bopd.
It’s not that we are posting too much it is the fact that no one else is posting, showing any interest or any valid comments. The board, like the company, is dead like disco.
Double. You are a cheeky bu@@er, I do enjoy a bit of sarcasm. I am particularly excited about the trading volumes 3 or 5 trades a day at a million shares representing turnover of .1% per day. Yes indeed, exciting time ahead or for the dead. Time will tell
Well boys, only one trade today. For a company that has a billion shares in the market and if your believe Greg, has a great future, one would expect a bit more interest in the stock. No one is buying the story and no one is buying the stock. Enough said.
Share. I think we earn interest on how much we spend rather than the amount of oil produced. I may be wrong.
It will never be a great deal but has a good chance of being a good deal. Greg Mawhinney seems to know what he is doing and he is our hidden gem but even he must be ****ed that after getting one of those old wells back on production then Simon announces the 4 bopd and has the audacity to say it meets their expectations. Hope Mawhinney stays in the game on our side. Simon , in the other hand, continues to be underwhelming.
Mike. ****ed myself laughing at your own goal comment. Here’s another one you might enjoy “ the wagons have circled... but the guns are pointing inwards”.
4 bopd at today’s BRENT price is $us100 k per year. That doesn’t come close to covering Simon’s salary. Death spiral by another name. What a **** up.
Exciting times ahead..... NOT
Always a worry when people describe themselves as smart when it comes to the oil industry. Be aware Greg
Nothing to get excited about in the RNS. Market didn’t like it either. aDL made a bonehead move, a rookie error in reporting such a small volume. And the SP is paying the price. Mismanaged imho
The question they will be wrestling with is where the water is coming from. Could be from a water zone coming through a hole in the pipe. As you know oil and water just do not mix
Mike. I agree with you 100%. The volume target seemed relatively achievable before the RNS. I am not so sure now. Wonder why mgmt released the number so early. Mmmmm.
It is a bit early to make any conclusions. Old well, plenty of crap to clean out, takes time, not an exact science. A bit concerned that it is producing 90% water but as was previously mentioned could be the workover fluids.
Greg. You are truly a crack pot to think having zero liquidity is something to be ignored. And to think a billion shares are in the hands of long term shareholders. You are one total hot mess for misleading the board like you do. No one is listening to you and no one is interested in the story. You are the only one.
I didn’t ask you your advice as your analysis is weak, not based in fact, reliant in rumors. You have no solid advice to give. How is the India play looking? What a complete moron.
This stock had only 3 trades today, that is a signal of true death of any stock. With over a billion shares out there and we trade 400k in a day Greg, no one is listening to your positive sentiment and no one is buying it. Without liquidity we are dead like disco.
Greg. I think a balanced view is the key. I am in this stock as well and gain value from everyone’s opinion. Double does shoe the downside while you are keen on the stock, both views are important and listened to. I must admit, like the deal they did in Indo, very savvy I think. However it comes down to one thing, will the workovers produce enough oil for ADL to recover their costs and give them confidence to convert to a working interest. Mawhinney gives me confidence he knows what he is doing but it still seems risky to be working in old wells. Good start though.
Yes. Our interest is a function of our investment in the WO. But if there is no oil then not a good investment decision.
Double. Yes u r correct. Worst case is no oil from the WO, ADL loses its investment and no working interest. Figure that is a low probability though.
Hi all. The way I see the workovers is that they are an option to acquire and working interest. In the worst case ADL recovers its costs and walks away. In the best case, Greg Mawhinney does what he is good at, increases production and secures a long term revenue stream. Not a short term impact but good in the medium term
