But yes DB. I wish to add that No Economy can run itself efficiently on Interests Rates below 2 percent. 5-7 percent is absolutely normal. It’s currently 13 percent in Brazil. We wouldn’t want to go there. We couldn’t I hasten to add. And so Copl have lifted their Production capability. Cost a bit though..

Interest Rates directly attributed to Debt Repayments. We’ve seen directly how this has effected Households re Mortgages. As an example / some have seen their Mortgage go from £900 to £1400/M. And that’s just on a couple of hundred thousand borrowed. We are not out of the Woods yet. We must get Production up / incidentally directly attributed to GGS hurry up. 1200 old Break even is now 1750 ? That’s what I calculate roughly. We saw what a 2 week shut down did. Any Step Change in Interest Rates brings about Higher Risk. Ie : There’s always 10% like lemmings waiting to drop off edge of a cliff. Hopefully we can look back and say Art did ok. Same reason why he couldn’t obtain RBL. We do not generate cash and have no cash in the Bank. Too High Risk. As you see the SP consolidate and fall 10/20 percent it is imo purely the MM adjusting their Risk profile. And away we go again. That’s my observation anyway. Usually lasts 2 to 3 days. Interest Rates are High. You have to factor this in re Risk. And so the MM’s let the algorithm play out. Usually about 2 days behind real time. So any low volume and the MM’s can reduce their Risk. However / believe what you choose. On the flip side it allows them some Lee way to spread out any rise. Clever system.

Ohh I absolutely do. He is strategic to the nth degree. He is very very clever man. I have no doubt about this.

It’s amazing how some PI are reluctant to put more in and average down because they don’t trust Art. Maybe that’s how he wants it. Mission achieved. Just because I do not trust Art I do not let it effect my Investment decision if I believe near future can see a step change in production.

Simple answer is / It didn’t take 2wk or 2 month to fall from said 30p did it ? It won’t go back up to 30p in 2 minutes. It’s a different Company now / Double Share count and more to come and more debt to Service on lower production. Soon to be addressed by GGS impact and MF strategy mid to late Sep.

I am basically stating that this is rising overall and consistently. Any lack of patience has to be tempered by the increase in Share Count ie If you want 30p it will have to be 60p equivalent. Good look with that if it is your expectation/ so be it.

Panama. You were saying £2 a few days ago. It was 3.25 a few week ago. On todays money 3.85 that’s a 25% rise. That’s pretty good imo. Also it has more than Bagged since the low of 1.5 a few month ago. I think SP doing pretty well !! Patience.
