Next Stop GGS Results end AUG leading into Gas injection Strategy mid SEP. I see JV must occur (Hopefully after 31 Dec) but will be on a much smaller scale than people think. Certainly no sign of 100 Wells at 1000-3000bopd. Just my opinion.

Q1 v Q2 saw $400k inc Return on Sales / based on 125bopd extra and despite a $3bo lower oil price Q2. So say $500k x 4Q = $2m per Annum based on Oil Price maintain above $77.5 av for every 125bopd increase.

I am going for 1750bopd B/Even and $7m per Annum inc in Cash Flow on every 1000bopd beyond 1750.

Cash position $2.5m 8 Feb. $14.8m Raised 27 March Bonds. GGS cost $4.3m. As of 30 June Cash at $5.2m means $8m “Flowed out” on production average of 1000bopd.

Unlikely to have over $5m cash now as that was 6wk ago.

I’ll say $4.5m Cash.
