I read that there will be a gas injection strategy finalised September but unsure if it is that that gets us to 1950 or indeed that gets us beyond that. Either way 1950 promised and should arrive within 6wks or so. The earlier the better.

If we have some spare cash left from the $14m (GGS forecast $4.5m), then I’d be hopeful of a significant one off drill as a taster to deliver added 500bopd before yer end.

SP can close the gap to True Asset Value each time Art reduces Risk to Debt exposure and to do that he must increase Production. 1950bopd was promised round about. I believe Art has left room beyond that us to the High 2’s bopd. LOI is another ballgame and he basically got 2 years to get his house in order before SCF Terms up for renegotiation. That’s the End game so Copl need a Drilling program 2024 before Summer 2025 arrives. All in good time.

I certainly do not see Art selling out to an oil Major for them to “Park the Project”. If he did / Then it would imo be a full out Sale as we own 100% CC.

I also do not see as some tout on here and repeating what Art said / the first JV being anything to do with 3 Wells per sq mile x 51 each Well 1000-3000bopd. For that and obvs at any scale / even say a tenth of that Scale / Wyoming would need a New Refinery. I’ve already stated this would be a Must if going full bore. What are you going to do with 40/50/100k bopd coming to Market ? There’s not any Capacity left in Wyoming on those numbers. Wyoming however are on the Short List of 3 for a New Refinery ($10b investment). If they get it (No Refinery built of any significance since 1970) then that would be massive and it would be someone like Exxon.

I see Art signing a JV to get any new development to 10.000bopd inside 2 years. We perhaps retain 30/40% of that as we have no cash avail to risk / so say 3000/4000bopd Net Copl and then GGS at BF can be 2000bopd immediately and so that gets us to 6/7000bopd Net Copl before we need to refinance Senior Lender 2025 ? So that could Value us around £80m MCap ? Under pinned by 40 year long life production.

Carbon Capture potential and how that could translate to bottom line is still largely unknown but in our favour is the large area of land Copl operates on. Wyoming is a pro Oil state and so one would hope Wyoming could be a reverse NIMBY ie IMBY !!

I see a watered down version of JV optimism to help get Copl to 7000bopd. Any new Refinery News and that gets blown out of the water. 2nd JV would only be on a larger scale than first as Field knowledge proven. Carbon Capture bonus. Art or Ryan !! needs to sort out the debt and balance sheet and the only thing that can do that is Production.

To almost double bag from 1.6 to current is exceptional. I look at it like this. Someone or a Group will have placed a combined 1 million into this at 1.6 to 2. The Market imo wouldn’t allow them to double their money (Risk and have to cover cash out) so soon. But that’s exactly what’s happened.

And they aren’t cashing out. And the Bondholders potentially own half the Company. So … with 2 Directors leaving Massimo and the other lad have they loaded up to 2.99% ?? Either way / something is a foot because I’ve never witnessed rises like this.

They do happen / but you often see at least 2 days or a week for it to drop and then go again. This one was a matter of hours.

Definitely. Your Posts were clear and concise. I’ve always viewed Bonds as bad news and on these terms they certainly were. The Bondholders have firm grip on direction of travel of this SP. It’s been a remarkable series of events.

I’m hoping the Bondholders simply using Copl and Market to de risk. That is / If they don’t like progress then they’ll cash in. If they see it as a slam dunk / They’ll hold. I do wonder if they gave Art more than was desired by them originally / Hence the early Short strategy.

Is there any way apart from a TR-1 to establish if they cashed the Shares in (Most likely as BH is their game / Not Equity).

However / No doubt it created an open book to acquire Shares for them or someone connected perhaps ?

I don’t see Art being able to re negotiate a conversion price as it’s an outstanding deal for them to start with.

wowzer. the sp rise has been very very quick. i’ve only ever witnessed this pace of rise in 2 other shares and both were in energy ind (not oil) and retraced to a single bag over time but this appears something much different / so i hold.

organised group buying seems to be in some kind of rush / but for what ?? has art under promised and over delivered re this ggs ?

i considered a trade today to sell and buy back but decided no. it was 4.15. then checked back in hr later 3.9. checked back in at close and boom back above previous high. this is very rare let me tell you. points towards organised buying in a hurry.

re beesty. i liken him to animal out of muppets re his language (compliment) but let me tell you. if he has average 18p with a load in / then i respect that as i believe he honest there and so you’ll not hear me bite or snipe or retaliate at you beesty anymore. i am overly negative because i like to eliminate all risk (as much as possible), so as stas says i do go over things again and again until i am satisfied. anyway beesty you can **** me as much as you like (i cannot stop you - you are free as a bird) and i sincerely hope you get back to or near your average as i can see it does mean a lot and is a lot. you won’t see any wind up from me. i genuinely wish holders get back what they deserve.

i think it’s a time to celebrate that copl may be back on the right track as obvs someone knows something. i will continue to discuss my doubts because deep down i want to eliminate them. that doesn’t mean to say i trust the rampers (city boys) as some on here but onwards and upwards.
