The JV imo is dependant on the Green Light for a new Refinery in Wyoming. No oil Major is going to Sanction money to produce oil when they cannot refine it on site. If it is as Big as Art says / they will absolutely need to inc Refinery Capacity in Wyoming. Last seen on a scale not since the 1970’s in the US.

A Refinery is a major investment decision. Up to $10b.

If you’re holding Unrestricted Bonds in Copl then it is just a license to convert and short the share / Dilute LTH to oblivion / allow said friends of Bondholders to mop up Shares at super low price, who btw will know exactly when said Bondholders will Stop converting.

It’s a recipe for Inside Information at its very worst.

Yes I agree with you on that. The Market Cap not to fall below £10m re Bond Conversion. It’s like they have a gentleman’s agreement. I had noticed this but remained silent on the matter.

New Refinery required.

Wyoming down to the last 3 States being considered for the $10’s of Billions required for said New Refinery.

You have to go back to the 1970’s in US to see last time Refinery Capacity was increased in great capacity (inc in 100.000bopd in Processing Capacity).

So Art isn’t telling us this is he ?

It’s a one in 3 chance. That’s 33% in my Book.

All rests on Investment Decision. The metrics will decide outcome. Just my opinion of course.
