Anavio certainly have sold from their Master fund. I believe reducing their Ownership Exposure 40% to 27% due to increased Share Count. Don’t throw me in Prison on that one but I won’t be far off one would hope.

Edgein. Why doesn’t Art cut a deal with the exiting Bondholder ? In fact why doesn’t Art buy the Bonds back himself if he “Knows what he has” and RBL and JV coming ??.

Art should know who the Bondholder is that is effectively Shorting the Stock. If he knows “What he has” / Why doesn’t he cut a deal with said Bondholder ?
