Unnd with Respect (As you appear very sincere) you talk of billion barrels. It’s not like that is guaranteed to come out is it ? So far it hasn’t come out. We are certainly Not Valued for it to come out ? And I say again / If someone tmoro offered Anavio and friends 8-10p for the lot / Would they say No ??

No Stas. I’m staying as I see it. Anavio 4p want a return. Anavio do not want to run Oil Companies. If Anavio and friends accumulate majority Shares to Vote Yes to a lowball offer / They will accept Yes ? They don’t care who owns the Business if they can double their Investment inside 18 Month.

The flip side of the coin as the side you are on is that Anavio do start to realise the potential here and negotiate a much higher valuation. Of course that’s possible but I see my first proposal as more likely as if they double their money - Why would they say No ?

In conclusion / This is the job of the CEO. His challenge is to make Anavio say No to a lowball Offer. And to to do that Copl have to grow production and introduce a Dividend modal. That’s way off (Divi modal) but that’s the Challenge. Let’s get this GGS moving first..

Unnd. Imo Anavio could have really took Shareholders to the cleaners but they specifically chose not to. They do not want controversy / and so set 4p. Imo they would only do this if they “Know” that they will make a Return inside a strict timeline / suggest 18 month. Copl gets taken out and they Vote Yes. When the Regulators look back / They will see Anavio did everything right and in interest of Shareholders. For me that means 5-10p max.

Anavio will get their money back. Anavio have done things right. Supported Copl at 4p was done right / and from a low point opportunity at 1.5p let’s remember !!

So my take out from all this is that Copl gets taken over 5-8p at some point in next 18 month. Low ball offer will be put to Shareholders of which Anavio will be in pole position to accept.

They do not want to run an Oil Company. That’s not their business. They’ll get in and get out.

Safetrader. Why would Anavio pump £3.5m at Market Price and simultaneously give up their right to get their Bond money back and re set at 4p if the grim reaper was waiting ?

Those behind Anavio are not daft. They’ve assumed control now of the Asset. Gave away their right to get their money back quick time. They will run this Company like clockwork. They will be aware Copl most talked about Share and probably see that as a negative and do not want any controversy. So I fully expect straight forward comms and guidance re production. Set their Goals / Hit them on time / as per GGS installation (Yet to receive evidence this has worked).

Bottom line is we must get Production to a level which grows our cash ($8.5m) and then SP will follow. Slow grow drill 1 to 2 low risk Wells per Annum until LOI progresses. This has to be their aim.

If new BOD can get Copl into a status of growing Production then SP should follow. Shouldn’t be that difficult that Art said “I know what I have”. So we shall see..

I have a theory re the 4p Bond Conversion price v SP but will discuss with Pilot when I have more time. In short / Have they set this Company for an all out Takeover / Thus the Market ain’t going to absorb a situation where all Bonds can be converted simultaneously when SP grows above 4p ? It’s like they’ve created a Stop Gap. So unlikely to see SP grow above 4p near future for reason ps stated. Anavio playing with an open hand ? Hold onto your Shares for a potential full Sale and hope in meantime the oil production grows delineating the field.

In a round about way your analysis serves as good news to those like me will keep adding as much as I can now whilst we are under 4p. Feel a bit for the LTH who have now been truly smashed and you won’t see many on here now predicting £1 like Blackstout. He did same with Angus Energy predicting 4p back in March when it was 1.75p. The Investors who are using Anavio as a conduit to gain control over the Asset and thus de risk their Investment / Must be highly satisfied now. I trust them. They’ve put their money in. They must believe the Asset will deliver or they would not have re set previously unrestricted bonds to 4p. I do see a prolonged SP without the multibag scenario as they must Focus on GGS and all part of a Bigger vision thereafter. This will take time and re visit Q1/Q2 2024. Imo.

It absolutely was was Transformational. Anavio now run this Company and if we didn’t know it already, then we absolutely do now !! Art does not deliver Value. The new look BOD absolutely will. No more lies. Still cannot see 5p before next year but each Investment you make below the 4p line now should give you a nice / almost guaranteed return.

I base this purely on GGS news to come. Nothing else factored in.

Said all along where’s the money gone ? $5m cash not enough to drill. Now we have enough cash to do 1 drill and this holds us in better position to negotiate any JV Terms. No JV will offer a good deal when we have no money !!
