I get the Negativity re new CEO as no Video razzmatazz etc. But he is there appointed by the Financiers. Financiers running the show to ensure best chance of return on their Investment here. Similar thing happened at i3. They have the Accountants. They do not throw money away. Tight Fiscal decisions are at the forefront. What other CEO would forego Salary ? He will do a job and deliver Value. Art never did. He spendeth too much !!

So what I take from that is there will be no fancy Dan stuff. No Jam tomorrow. When they find the Jam / They’ll communicate it. As soon as they know / They’ll RNS it.

I’m now thinking that because the Cornerstone Investor now running the show / They are hardly going to dilute themselves are they ? Hence Tight Fiscal decisions and Equity paid for at Full Market Price.

Would it be correct in saying Art failed on RBL because he had

1 / Insufficient cash at the Bank ?

2 / No unrisked route from Reserves to Production ?

3 / Immediate funds required were attributed to supporting current Production which was deemed Too high Risk as Production did not support Positive Cash flow ?

Resolve these 3 things. You then at the table discussing RBL Yes ??

Agree with that SteveV. Esp with Art moved to the Presidents chair and away from strategic field decisions are more specifically where the money is spent / I foresee a more aligned relationship with BOD to current Senior Lender.
