They didn't do an analysis ... they just bullet pointed the key points... Arc did an analysis that basically said our SP was massively below our NAV

ARC has a nice detailed worked sum of parts and forward projection based (as they state) on conservative estimates..... lots of cash, profit and value coming ... but the one thing missing is any inclusion of BE or rental forward revenues.
