an excellent point @Expert .. take note@Marco... we were on holiday and saw some land for sale.. loved the view and wee town so bought a d built a house.... but in hindsiggt we would suggest renting for a few months... spend some tome and see if you really love the area..... we fiund that nuch as we liked it we would have preferred a different area

yes .. very quick .. give your SIPP provider the details (a form) and they handle it all ... when I did mine 2/3 yea it took about a week.

@MarcoT - The Charent is lovely (especially in summer with all the lavendar fields). Had a house there for a few years but could not go enough so sold. I note the caution of another. Be cautious. Only brits but the 'traditional' places. The French (if they move at all) want modern bungalows. I would not say buying is risky, but be prepared to potentially make a substantial loss to sell if you need to (so part of your investment is just punt money). Selling can take a long time in France and we were extremely fortunate to sell just after the crash after many months (and we had a new build bungalow)

Not invested here but interested in what happens having worked a long time in the car industry with occasional AM dealings ...

Just amazed at the floatation value - just crackers .. practically never makes a real profit and given how much re-investment is needed for veh developments...

As for a buy out/take over inside a year, dream on ... there is just no value here at anything like the current mcap

you make the mistake @JonesyUK that:
1. the II's are rational
2. The II's are pro-active
3. AIM is not manipulated by MM's regularly
4. You ignore that a fair bit of maintenance was done during the strike and that the stock pile was drawn down so not affecting sales
5. The reduction i vanadium grade, whilst a small surprise, is not unusual with deposits . and the % is still about the richest in the world

make a good point about 'many zero' profit @bassguy... I remember when I first bought in I considered selling out around 5p having made more than 100% profit on a relatively small stake ... thats when I really started to take notice of NickD, Alfa, Pdub, Knuttie, BBN etc and their research and started looking myself.

I have learned to garner the nerve to keep adding and stick with it ... I am already way over what would be a rational profit take... but in 2, 3, 4 years .. where will we be ... This time next year at 100p (3x).. hopefully but that’s a tough climb even with all the good news... 60p (2x)... for me that’s as certain as shares get with the cash being generated - and that 10 bags my average.

Will we go 3X every 12-18 months for the next 3-5 years ... well looking at the possibilities it is certainly not fantasy land .. thats 27x and an SP of 800 ish ... Pe of say 20 and that’s a net profit of 400M .... not so outlandish with 10,000MTV, BE, Electrolyte etc ......

When I look at some of the other holdings and the gentle (if occasionally volatile) movements its the scale of it all that still takes me back ... truly lucky to stumble on this and even luckier to fist the PI research to give me some confidence..

The really hard part is going to be holding the strong upward curve

well I took the offer to reset by end of year guess .. and 5p is (sadly) looking more likely

SotRR - if REd gets that bad, then the only thing of value it has is the IP it holds on its design of stack ... of which there seems little real test data.

Unless there is data to the contrary, I remain unconvinced that the relative stack efficiencies vary a great deal - so RED's value may well be pretty small. Any goodwill valuation of their (enormous) mythical pipeline needs to be tempered with the so far conversion rate and the fact their biggest machine is rather small. UET has a proven system .. why bother complicating that
