well reminded Alfa .... 10,000 tonnes of Vanadium per year (thats the actual amount of vanadium contained in our products, so if it was all in V2O5 form it would be 19,000 tonnes of V2O5) .

Not sure I agree with that Knuttie ... a deal is never done until the ink is on the paper. Lots of things can change. I would expect FM (having already spent $6M + non refundable (if my memory is right) to complete as soon as he can. Secure the site and premises.

As for $65M refurb & expansion cost. I would expect some to come out of generated cash but some from short term debt facility so as to allow dividends to start next summer

Bassguy .. the long term target is 10,000 MTV as a nameplate capacity. That will not be sustained production. FM is simply saying they plan a sustained production level of 8,400 with capacity to run higher for periods of time.

Its about the sustained production rate vs the nameplate capacity
