Thanks Stupmy, thought so. I like Glen to trade as no duty there, hate paying stamp duty. Surprised this appalling grasping govt havn't re-instated stamp duty on AIM (yet...)
Yes there is some wind around - think it's doing about 9gw currently - around 30% of requirement. Think it's solar that has been mostly hit by this monster cloud of gloom we are putting up with.
Agree with you. my holding is fortunately only 1.5k at 298p. Have made enough previously trading them that selling at 214p or so would not hurt at all. The pondering from me is whether 214p is so cheap I should get some more instead. But will it drop more who knows
Or maybe folk who are averaging in the 9s have had enough of if and buts and maybes and just decided to take what would be a nice profit and move on elsewhere?
At the current price I suppose it becomes a pure gamble. If the deal goes thru as is then there is still plenty of profit. Failure puts it back to sub 10s at best - probably 9s the way things are on markets currently. But then if it fails presumably a Divi will be forthcoming which normally shoves the price up to around 12s
Unbeleivable rant notsofast! You have no way of knowing how or what typical "boomers" as you like to call us went through. Don't reply because I certainly won't anymore.
Declaration time is hopefully now only a few weeks away so current crappy shareprice should improve - div hopefully around the 9p mark at least unless they have other plans for the cash of course.
I had sold out for the money, but am as probably equally annoyed about the crap offer as many on here. So I have just bought 10k shares as I beleive that you get a vote regardless of holding? hope so as I can now vote NO on principal.
