Although not directly comparable Just Eat seems to be performing well so Britain's appetite for takeaways I undiminished. Funnily enough Greggs have been working on a version for years. This would be a good diversification as the amount of people who don't eat meat is growing. Hi Goldandoil. I think a few investors will have a bone to pick with Cdrawshaws. There are some crumbs of comfort in there but there isn;t enough progression for my liking. Almost 20% of the estate is now the factory shop model and these are profitable so you will gradually see the 44 high st shops disappear. I am a holder for now but a seller into strength.

Maybe JG will take it private at 200k from that 300k and treat himself to a jolly as well as buying INSP. A man can only keep a plate sinning for so long. It will all end in tears. Yours and not JG's.

3rd January 2018 12:30 | Ashtead Group PLC Credit Suisse today upgrades its investment rating on Ashtead Group PLC (LON:AHT) to outperform (from neutral) and raised its price target to 2240p (from 1650p). TBH these brokers are jokers! CS now suddenly rate this at over 35% higher than before and have become positive about it. I could have told them that earlier.

From my point of view your suppositions about imminent commercialisation etc are all pie in the sky I am afraid. For evidence you only need go to the document the company itself produced on 30th December 2017 and there is no indication whatsover of any of your blue sky thinking. There is how many nods to funding and being a going concern. The update was a perfect opportunity to lay the roadmap, get the SP up and do a placing. There has been a couple of rises without substance here. I can't see this one being any different.

but shop there occasionally and from that perspective I see the company's xmas discounts as not real discounts and generally can often be had throughout the year. They also to me seem to begin 'discounting' earlier than others as if they don;t have a lot of faith in their products. For the first time ever I switched to argos for bedding. That is a company i have never trusted but their sales on Boxing Day seemed better. A lot of the bad news in the DEB price I reckon but if i invested today I would sell pre-xmas 2018 as I don't believe they can turnaround that Xmas segment of their business.

And most importantly ramping up those production figures. If we get all those ducks in a row then Troubling times will be shovelling opinions ( mud) with a very small teaspoon. If the company get it wrong Troubling can bring his mud in one of DKL's large collection trucks. It's that simple folks :)

You are rights Obs I definitiely don't get it. But I got a painful lesson from it. I would never invest in a tech company without a product again. Yesterday's report confirms they are still self-proclaimedly learning and tweaking this after all this time. How would you get a partnership when the other party doesn't have the final model? It is just ridiculous and shows how implausible this is. "Further funds required. to complete the DEVELOPMENT and EXTERNAL TESTING." Even at this stage! Beyond contemptible.

If you think either him or JG have a modicum of shame then you are sadly mistaken. No fit and proper company would e run along these lines. You said the auditors have done a more through report. I would say that was only to idemnify themselves as a two second reading of the accounts would show that this is not a going concern. I suspect that they would look on your or any investor's losses as fair game and going with the territory. Howvwer they must know themselves that this is not an investment and that countless people have wasted money following and trusting in their patter. Patter of which some elements remain even in yesterdays report about the applicable market, progress and funding. Beyond shameless!

I propose given the performance of the company in the last year that they award themselvesd zero poay to align themselves with shareholders or else find an independent person who would award both directors a zero hours contract and save the beleagured shareholders a considerable drain on the finances. Sorry for repition of the word ZERO but it is the applicable market of this share.
