Pretty amateurish start in that Shai Kol was supposed to dial in and contribute but when they rang he didn't answer. However there were the usual full and frank answers to questions throughout by those present.
Been pretty dry this year which doesn't help CPO ( I think JK follows the rain pattern here very helpfully). The cashew business is not so water intensive. Cashew only requires a quarter of what CPO would.
Cashew idea originated 5 years ago when an Israeli investor flagged it. About 2 years ago two very favourable laws have been introduced in IC. A 400CF rebate by the government on a certain amount and a requirement that a minimum15% of Cashew production is carried out locally.10000t targeted next year and aim is to move from 10,000 to 20000 to 30000. The Cashew production will in effect be like being at the initial stage of CPO production. In response to a question they said they have taken on board the learning from the CPO mistakes in terms of storage and production. They say they have options on land to increase storage if required. They can swap lines during cashew production in the event of a problem.
Guitry was Gok Wanned in the brochure as being "under development" but it is clear a lot of capex that they don't have would be required. They could get it up and running at a low level but not worth it effectively. My impression is that we won't see Guitry for quite some time if at all.
The managing of production updates was brought up by me as I favour like another poster here regular updates with the distinct facets of CPO and Cahsew reported separately. Lincoln could see the point but felt it could be difficult in terms of H1 and H2 reporting. I also asked for fixed reporting dates on production as moving them can spook investors. Lincoln said the company has been pretty consistent with dates so I think we should monitor this.
Buying shares in the market arose. The board again say they are fairly limited on when they can buy. I made the point that directors buying in the open market will always be more effective and more widely reported than directors buying at a premium in placings. Lincoln said directors like to support placings.
There was a discussion around extraction rates. Youval had "no smart answer" why extraction had fallen slightly though DKL have consistently been some of the industry best.
DKL are piloting a fertiliser project which could potentially increase supply 100%. They sell fertiliser to the farmers. They could give it for free but it becomes and issue if you ever want to charge for it. If the pilot is successful they will roll it out and it could become industry wide.
There was discussion around widening the shareholder base. Some new investors have come on board recently. The Norwegian government shows the misconceptions around CPO are false said Lincoln.

Despite the rise we have already seen this is climbing to intraday highs. Today's update suggests that the company can get back to2018 levels which would make the current price very attractive. As I said this morning there is plenty more to come here.

Well done Rugs, This will be a turnaround story one day if and when they get to grips with production. It wouldn't surprise me though to see Dumper Dude sell into news.

Food for thought today with an attempt to address the funding situation coincidentally around the time of the AGM. It is always good to see shares bought at a premium to the market even though we have fallen long and hard from the days of 20p. The SP reaction (or lack of it!) shows that good news is only likely to register slightly with investors while bad news is tumultuous. A long road ahead even if a welcome step in addressing a key concern with the company in its debt levels.

Brilliant results and the market is not yet up with events. There will probably be some profit taking on the rise but clearly this is an education company on course for better things. Delighted to have been stake building here since 80p. A red letter day! More to come I'd say from a company well off its highs.

HI GB, Nice to see a bird interested in planes! A divi would be great here but I think they are ploughing loads into expansion and can't see them paying a divi short-term. I do think there is more capital growth to come with 4300p possible here as the operation scales up. A divi would cause a re-rate here but perhaps only short-term. I am in for a long haul flight myself.

I feel like giving someone a bear hug today! Ok so an end to the special divis it seems but a 4p final divi on shares that can be had for 67p looks an absolute beargain to me! The divi looks secure too having gone from net debt to 2 million in the bank. Of course some of these cash inflows will unwind but the company is clear the divi can be paid in a downturn. The fact that it is slightly ahead of strong comparatives is very pleasing. Looks compelling.

Also featured in Shares Magazine yesterday and tipped as a buy by a broker with an initial target of 250p and then 300p when Golf comes on stream. You were right about price weakness John Doe. This pays a divi which has been useful for me to accumulate more to the ones I bought between 206 and 221p. Will be definitely adding more next week as the results were good and the SP weakness is definitely an opportunity to make a strike here.

Of course all these buffoons who don't like someone having an opinion other than their's on a share always get out with a small loss. Hhahaha. Take your potty mouth elsewhere now as according to your own advice you wouldn' post on a share where you are not invested. PS, I was right on TECH too :)

One of those may be a sell GLR or someone hopeful bed and breakfasting the share. I can't be too negative though as it is at least a decent outlay on these when it has mostly been selling traffic here. The buying is not news driven and we often see a flurry with FLX as it has fallen far and speculative money is drawn in. These speculative buys have had their fingers burnt to date. Let's see how they fare in the run-up to results.

Oh dear what ever happened to Naz21 and the other rampers here? Anyone who questioned the rise was accused of having an agenda and asked why they post here. Real pity for all genuine holders here as it seems the water is just a mirage. But the pompous ramping buffoons who hated a contrarian opinion here deserve the SP they have today.

Buffalo that is a bit harsh! More probably Observer's boiler has had a gas leak and clouded his judgement. He is imaging things due to the exposure to gas. Things like that this could come good or that there is a business here.

Mid August I think GLR. They didn't do a T/U last year. The next few days should see an announcement of results.

I will say it again now. It is funny how all the ones like Dodgepot etc were saying I should not post here as I am not a holder and that I am a deramper of this share at 6p and 4p etc now do not post at all.

Morning David. They might be working on some funding now the new adviser Stifel has its feet under the table. The company is supposed to wash its own face at this stage but with a top heavy board no significant contracts being announced, the SP is the squeezed middle between oppressed investors and well rewarded directors. After all man cannot live on bread alone! He needs gravy and fine wine too.
Speaking of the SP the spread has narrrowed and yet the ask is being eroded down. 1.6p bid about to give way?

We should pay for drinks in the pub afterwards with shares instead of money. A vote of confidence after all.

It is good that the company have volunteered the news on Guitry but I do wish they were better at keeping us up to speed on the macro picture of the company. With the cashew company they need to keep us fully informed. I have long thought they are better at setting up and managing timescales of projects than they actually are at day to day operations. Some good news today and not a flicker on the price! Will Dumper Dude sell on the news?

with the update as PMP was struggling and I thought that maybe the sector was wilting under Brexit uncertainty. Up 9% today but I have a feeling it may have some more to run. It is tightly held, thinly traded and recently come off its highs of 1600p. It is not flagging today either with sellers getting above bid price. I would be happy if it held around here before an inevitable boost when results are out.

Good post Noel/Teddy. You should never put all your eggs in one basket, that is the key to investing. Sure it limits upside but more importantly depending on your timescales. But no money is worth more than a decent, nice poster like you Teddy. So far you have not failed but have been failed. I saw you recently advise someone here not to believe what was in FLX's statements as literally true . Sage advice indeed.
I am sad for holders here honestly. I was looking back at old posts here and in June last year Dodgepot was insulting me as claiming to be a mind-reader etc when the SP was at 4p. This could still turn around and I could end up looking very foolish indeed. I won't mind that though. But Terry most important is you and your health. Keep up your spirits! This may work out or if not use it as a learning experience and look forward to the next venture.

I thought something was holding back the price. Dumper dude must have a press next to the Mill in Ayenuoan where he churns out his own shares. I am even ore perplexed by a 7000 pounds sale on a day when we my have turned a corner!
