You are entitled to be positive Fairview but if the results are ood what is the delay in getting them out? What value is in a keeping back the results. You haven;t answered my point on the auditors yet but at least you don't posit it as a reason for the lateness- as per the timetable outlined by the board members. Perhaps they are Mr Micawbers? Waiting for something to turn up?

Good morning Ronald. It is interesting how two people can view the same fact and see it differently but long may it continue! One of my many criticisms of FLX is how they bloat out the company. A 30% rise in staff and an increase in the cost of administration costs will only be good if the results show the recruiting has been warranted.
If you look back at Noel hempsky's who is a holder you will see he has often been diligent in highlighting vacancies at FLX so it is not something new.
When the results finally come out I will have a look at the profit figure versus the rise in administration costs of running FLX. As well as doing some FLX bingo. Lots to look forward to!

A flurry of early buys at all prices up. This despite the lack of an announcement of results which seemed to be spooking investors into selling but was no deterrent this morning. The bounce was 10% plus but is now down to less than 5%. The wide spread seems to suggest that the MM's don't know where this one is going. It will be pretty hard for any speculative buyers to exit with a profit given the spread. Was it bottom fishers that caused the initial rise or it had a mention somewhere?

Good evening Jonesy. Why would they want to do that though? If the figures speak for themselves then get them out to stop spooking investors. Do you mean they have had loads of contracts but thought to themselves, you know what, I will only announce them with the results? I don't think that is quite how it works :)
I wonder will they try and sneak them out late tomorrow or else late next Friday when it is a bank holiday weekend?

It is not "easy" to read negatively on this share as you get the usual suspects talking about why you post etc and saying you shouldn'tt be posting here unless you mean it is easy to post negatively due to the dire SP performance? In terms of the timing of the release of results, who do you think is responsible for the timing? yes the good old board of FLX who promise one thing and don't deliver on it. Two of them to boot. Not to mind one. At least you managed to avoid mentioning the new auditors as being responsible.
Interesting projections on revenue and EBITDA nonetheless. Let us see if they stack up.

You have never like anyone who doesn;t share your view on this share and question their motives as well as speaking in a derogatory fashion about posters like me. Well you are getting the SP you deserve. It is funny how we agree now-on the delay not being good news- whereas before you didn't want to countenance any other views. However you still have 'concerns' about how I spend my time and of course still look for an agenda by me. This may still turn round for you of course. While you are waiting for that to happen, you might want to reflect what a more open mind on other poster's right to an opinion might mean for you. You effectively resigned your role as you no longer have the neck to explicitly tell people who are not invested not to post but you hold on to your sentiments of 'more time than a clock' and 'bothering my backside'. Both comments which you would never label on someone who is positive about FLX. You got the SP and performance you deserve Dodgepot.

Fairview I really don't know why you are peddling this bigger/new auditor line as the reason the results are not out.? Why would it take 10 weeks to audit a piddling company like FLX? I have asked you previously without reply as to what has changed after the 3rd of July TP presentation when Mike Read said results would be out in about 4 weeks and Selby end of July/beginning of August. What has changed since then? Didn't the pair of them know about the impact as you would have it of the bigger auditors? They never mentioned the auditors as a factor. Or only you have worked that out?

I have said many times the market i.e the SP will be the ultimate judge of opinions on here. And the market is clearly speaking again today.

Fairview you don't know for sure nor do I what the state of the results will be. I have made the point that delays are never good and a placing is possible. I won't be making the placing point again as yes I agree it could be seen as scaremongering which is not my intention. In fact my hunch on a placing is linked to Stieffel rather than the results.
On your last point about scaremongering about the results being late having a meaning, you can see investors here posting that they don't like it. I have flagged it and don't intend to mention it again for now. Hopefully we will see the results quite quickly so we have something concrete to discuss.

Hi NicetoMichu, No certainty of course. I wouldn't put "in my opinion" in every post as it would be a bit repetitive but yes it is conjecturefrom me. I am not a fan of results coming out later than normal particularly when the board are miscommunicating ( at investor forums) and not communicating ( no Rns to date giving notice of when results are).

Really odd even if they release the results as I expect in the morning. Last year FLX gave six weeks notice. Are they working on some announcement? Or playing fast and loose with the date for news management purposes?

You see Matthew that is how these Bulletin Boards work. I am invested in a share. I post. Therefore my posts have a value. Any person who does not fall into this category should not post. If they do post they are just saying stuff. Their posts have no value.

Anyhow back on the SP performance. There was a large buy trade yesterday which has been quickly whittled away by sells and more falls, albeit small ones. Any positioning ahead of results has been quickly sold into. Will we see results tomorrow as I suspected? Certainly if they don't come this week they are either calamitious or working on a placing.

Matthew, it is not about the results alone nor looking like an arse for having an opinion. I am sorry to clutter up the board but self-appointed policemen who only want their opinion aired here and interrogate anyone who do not share their narrow view as a investor can and must be challenged at every turn. They have every right to air their view but no right to stop views being aired. And the run-up to results is not a closed period for comments and although this is a make or break year for FLX it is a continuous assessment that is warranted.
I will be happy to be proved wrong here as there are some decent posters here like Noel Shempsky who deserve to be rewarded for their faith here. I have long warned against investing here and if I am wrong then I deserve all the abuse. If I am right I might have saved some investors money. But this board is all about opinions so let's hear them!

No problem with you posting or not posting Fairview. Unlike you I never have an issue with differing views.Fairview. However you have at least changed your tune about interrogating anyone who has a different view to you about why they post now. And you will now do as Noel shempsky politely suggested to you. Don't like my posts? Then don't read them. That is much better than you acting as the board policeman on what is posted and the board detective on the motivations of anyone who doesn;t hold your view. Ultimately we meet in people should go with their own judgement right or wrong. Something I have never had a problem with. But you have as you advise posters like me not to spend time posting here and wondering why I don't short etc. So goodbye, farewell and come back when you grow up. I don't want to put labels on you Fairview so I will call your argument- not you!-that someone does something wrong so I will do it as childish. Besides I said posters and not just Noel Shempsky. You say I or anyone can post anything I like yet you question why I post on here though I have already posted why I post on this particular share. You can keep asking me the same question or variants of it and you will always get the same answer. As I have nothing to hide I can answer your question directly. I don't short shares. Never have. I posted here at 2.85p that FLX is the best short on AIM. I do risk my money on shares all the time. Unlike you I can however accept a different viewpoint on a share because that is what makes a market. My questions for you though on the basis of your seeming need for me to 'risk' my money on shorting this are
a) what difference would it make to you whether I shorted this or not?
b) Does everyone who disagrees with you on a share need to take a financial position on it to validate themselves?
c) Why is anyone who posts negatively about a share sl..ging it? Quite perjorative word for someone who expresses an opinion different to you on a share. Opinions for which why I post them I have already explained to you.
Noel Shempsky incidentally and I are not mates. Never met though he is clearly a nice bloke and accepting of views other than his own in a share he has invested in, has financial losses yet defends the company to some extent and is able to be gracious about when I have been right. There might be some lessons in there for you Fairview I dare say.

You have flagged a couple of times now the new auditor as a reason for the 'delay'. They are only in effect 'delayed' because they are not following the timetable Mike Read and the FD gave at investor events. You know the ones companies hold to INFORM investors and potential invstors what is going on withing legal restrictions of course. I point this out because either the two board members have no attention to detail given the timetable they outlined or they didn't know ( in which case they are pretty stupid to say anything). Neither mentioned the auditors AFAIK as a factor. Do you mean that only became a factor after the 3rd of July presentation? Pretty dim of them not to have foreseen this right?
The new auditors were appointed in May. So 10 weeks to do the books. How complex do you think a small AIM company's books are? We know there were "no issues" with the RESIGNATION of the former auditors. Or we think we know because that information comes from sources closely connected to people who don't know that Mid-August is not the end of July or beginning of August as they told us that is when the results would come out.
As I posted before I have not seen a reason for the company to bring out results before 14th of August unless they were spectactular or terrible. Or the company plan to attach some fundraising gig to the results.
Interestingly you say it is the outlook statement that is important as it is not so much about the numbers to the end of March. This is a company that is quite slippery with statements. But don't worry for even one second. Good ole Fallingknife will be playing FLX bingo with the statement and you can play along too!

Two sizeable ones gone through this morning and as always any dump in volume will not get the bid price here. A spooked seller or sellers because the results didn't come as foretold by the board or a leak or just nervousness ahead of results? Down almost 14% to day and now not a single poster/investor here can claim to be break even or running a small loss. Not one.

GLR They had an investor evening on the 3rd of July where a board member said it would be end of the month/ beginning of August. If they can't get it right face to face why would you bother with an email or phone call? Unprofessional. Slipshod.
Uncaring. Untrustworthy. I concede that if the company is performing well then it will be less material. Unless you are spooked to sell as the promised update has not come about. However if the results are bad then it exemplifies what this company thinks of its investors.

Morning NS and NTM. I don't think there is minimum notice on results though surely a company would out of respect for shareholders. Personally I think it is manifest on their shoddy approach and lack of attention to detail to have two board members say end of July/early August for the results and now it looks like the 6th at the earliest or else they will adopt my date of 14th August. I was being generous to say by today imo. Now, are they cooking something up which has caused a delay? All in all though the lack of the promised update speaks volumes for this company. Beyond terrible!
