this company has become! I was going to invest at 18p and saw it race away. Luckily i didn't buy in and it has tumbled to horrible lows. Today's statement is quite unclear which is why I see a lot of investors buying for a bounce. Too risky for me though!

Superb post Noel! I am going to try and not respond to any more personal abuse here because it is unfair to other posters and people can make their own judgements on what the abusive tone of these posts really say about the poster who makes them.

Of course there is a news lull here and that makes it difficult to comment on the company. This is AIM however and news lulls are in fact newsworthy and worthy of comment not to drive down prices, create fear or whatever crazy allegation someone comes out with. As it the company itself that is largely in control of newsflow an investor could accuse the BOD of ultinately being resposnible for the previous three motives but that would be a poster/investor taking ownership of their decisions to soem extent. Better to attack someone here who you don't know from Adam as being a deramper or having a short.
I do find astonishing here-even for this astounding share and discussion board that never fails to delight- that not one poster/investor has suggested not to mind carried out- a communication with the company to find out when resulst will actually be released. Not one! Despite the amount fo posts here. Stunning!

Thanks CJ! Some chunky buys to boot. At least investors are nibbling above 1610p and the price has held up. Maybe next week will see the return of investors to trading and see this one as a chance to buy in.

He is probably a follower of Warren Buffett who says you can't time the market. One day mybe he can sell at 1.6p :)

Ok here is one for you Dodgepot as you cannot produce evidence for your desperate claims. My prediction that this was heading for all time lows two days ago. Check the trades after this. Someone sold 6000 quid's worth for 1.41p. So here's the evidence you asked for. Now supply yours

Fairview can you not see the contradiction between saying "it is impossible to have a decent discussion on here" and calling posters here "loonies"??Really?
You have now regurgitated your point about the auditors as a mitigation when I have outlined numerous times without a response from you why this is implausible.
Another change of tune from you as I notice a shift in your register. Yesterday it was me, the market, sellers who were crazy. 2 days ago I was allegedly trying to drive down the SP. Now it is a "gamble." The penny is finally dropping for you on LTX it seems. Yet you were trying your hardest to drive my negative views off the board at prices higher up. Maybe someone will come along and say you calling this a gamble means you are a deramper, a shorter, and have an agenda. The truth can sometimes hurt you know.

Michu it is a pity you have to leave. The more contributors here the better. I find GLR90 particularly illuminating. I get what you are saying about what you read here. There is an agenda from a concert party here that negativity must be driven off the board as despite the SP performance anything that doesn't fit with the concert party agenda is not allowed and needs to be driven off by any amount of personal abuse required. However like their investement here ( to date) it has been an utter failure as evidenced by my continued posting. You will find little to nothing about the company from them as there is nothing to substantiate their view. That just leaves personal attacks of the kind you dislike as a weapon for those acting in concert.

Dodgepot it was your claim that there have been ridiculous guesses at the direction of the SP. Now you want me to provide evidence of "substantive evidence of where the SP will go and has benn proven to be correct". So you make up something and then go and ask me to prove it the opposite to what you claimed. If what you said was true then produce on of those posts.

You have made up in your head many times and come out with a few different motives on why I post I assume after a conversation in your head with yourself. Your latest jibe is about me trying to influence people. I have explained many times to you and others since 54p why I post here. Read back and you will see why. It doesn't actually fit this conversation that you have had in your head about why I post and its conclusion.

Good morning Michu. Examples please of language in my posts that need to be toned down? Sure there has been robust defences against " why do you waste time posting here, balloon head, shorter, have an agenda" posts but please show an example of what you have alleged in context please?

Dodgepot you have an investment that is falling down around your ears. Despite this you still try and deflect and stifle any negativity around FLX. Any investors that have followed your's and others advice to ignore anyone negative on FLX as derampers, shorters and following an agenda have lost money on paper to date. I deduce from your posts that you do not care who loses money on FLX as you resort to personal attacks on posters in order to deflect attentuion away from fundamentals and the SP. You have been dishing out abuse and trying personal attacks since 4p. What do you say now to investors who bought in against specific warnings here?
You ask posters like me to change the record but have only once offered any specific views on the company. Do you think the record you have been playing on FLX has been right up to now? If not come out and say so.

Equals more falls. A rush for the exit this morning and now only 1.25p on the bid to be had. As the market and I are are crazy I look forward to posters piling in and buying here in what is clearly the bargain of the century. If you could kindly announce any intended purchases in advance it will help with our spoofometer and BS detector which given the SP I expect to be operating at great speed today.

Let me break this down for you

They are under no obligation to publish results early. Translation .It is definitely not the company's fault. Nothing wrong with the company I invested in. Couldn't possibly be. Because I have money invested in the company it therefore logically follows that the company is 100% fine.
Some are using this delay as an excuse for wild speculation. Translation. The company is fine, My investment is fine. HOWEVER THERE ARE NEFARIOUS FORCES AT WORK WHICH COMPLETELY UNDERMINE MY INVESTMENT WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY NOT MY FAULT NOR THE COMPANY'S BUT IF ONLY THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHICH ONLY I KNOW ABOUT DIDN'T EXIST then my investment would be fine.

Hate to say I told you so Fairview but I said before the latest drop that- and you have posted a few times below that it doesn't matter when the results are published as it gave longer for the post Mrach performance of Solarwinds- that the lack of communication around the date of the results would haemmorhage the SP. It appears from your recent posts that the penny has finally dropped for you on FLX.
You also posted "Bottom line is results are due end of September. " You don't know that but I accept you must have meant BY THE END OF September. What you have posted is - I accpet not deliberately- misleading.
You have thankfully stopped ascribing the "lateness" of the results to new auditors so I will take it you yourself no longer see it as a valid reason. I am happy for you to clarify this for me.
I am not using this post as a personal attack on you and am relieved you are at last focussing on the company and raising points. I say you are mistaken about the results being late on two metrics. First metric is the Chairman and FD's own timetable at the investor presentation. The second metric is that last year's results were posted Mid August.

Furthermore why haven't the company issued an RNS saying it has noted the decline in its SP but knows of no good reason." Or in seeing the damage EVEN YOU admit to the SP why not get the results out? Could it be in anyway related to what I have been saying about the Board? Even a tenuous link to it?

Agreed CJ. Do you know what the forward p/e is? It must be falling as it beats expectations. H1 adjusted earnings up 24%. Morning star has this on a current P/E of 24 which for a growing company is not too high as long as it keeps delivering.

Interesting question Noel. TBF they are prohibited from buying as it is a closed period though we don't know exactly when the results are going to be announced. Mike Read think these are ridiculously cheap though as I have pointed out before none of his purchases have ever made any money. And relative to his remuneration small beer.
Today's trading has been interesting. That £6000 sell/dump caused the fall imo and was well under bid s is usual with FLX. The MM's have kept the spread wide so those piling in on the ATL -while they will be well rewarded if the results prove to be good - will be in a bull trap here. As usual any attempt to exit in volume will get below the bid. The offical bid/offer spread is a joke anyway as it is quoted at 1.55p when you can have these for 1.45p and in my view even cheaper as demand subsides.
Here's another factor to consider. Next week investors will return to their work and portfolios. Some will see these FLX as bombed out and worth a punt. Some holders who have not checked their accounts while on holidays might be shocked to see FLX are now 1.35p on the bid and the notional value of their holding at an all time low. Interesting times ahead!

Remember the mindset Noel. They will be along shortly to say they sold out at a small loss because they "were uncomfortable with the board's treatment of investors.... am responsible for my own investments... don't need the likes of Noel Shempsky and FK1 to tell me what to do..traded this a few times.. believed in the company.. good luck to all holders.. hopefully Noel and FK1 are happy now etc."
I already got the script. The above is the script if this continues as I expect. There is of course a different script if this ever produces anything. "always followed the company here... FK1 and Noel were derampers trying to spook investors... anyone stupid enough to listen to Noel and FK1 got what they deserved..didn't bother me as I was adding... bought on dips."

Good post Michu. I have tried in many posts to request an end to personal abuse and a return to a focus on the company. Sadly it seems when posters are losing money they will resort to all sorts of personal abuse as it keeps the focus away from the personal decision they made and the fact that it is currently costing them money on paper. I have no problem with their postings apart from the tedious and futile personal abuse. I have been posting here since 54p and have had vaious iterations of "why are you posting here, how's your short, I personally wouldn;t post if i wasn't invested" all the way down to the all-time low 1.45p. Not too worried myself as I have seen off all the board policeman here where any negative view is seen as being a deramper, someone with an agenda or a short. Incredibly this lingers on even when the SP is undefendable to date. I feel sorry for genuine readers of this board to have to listen to trumpets who are unable to accept contrarian views and self-appointed board policeman but the SP has seen most of them off. Let's see if your plea for an end to personal abuse pays off Michu.

While you lose more money on paper every day. Down 3% yesterday and 5% today. You want the spotlight anywhere except on the company and the SP so sure the record is going to be boring but also painful for you. But still you prefer personal attacks and attempt to silenece the messenger ( only if he doesn't chime in with your world view). I expect by the time this plays out you will have claimed to have sold out at a small loss because you didn't like the way the company were treating investors. The mindset which you sums you up.

I confidently assume you are not talking about Fairview's congratulations on the 1.6p purchase which will "look cheap this week". That post will be bumped tomorrow so you have time to air your views on it then. But I would love to see what SP projections have been laughable here in the past, apart from the 4p,8p,16p 20p we had when this was 3p on the bid for example. Waiting.

Another incredibly lucky guess by me! So sorrry Noel for you and all decent holders here and I repeat again this may still turn around for you. My suspicion is if it ever does, that value has been destroyed and you as a LTH have been diluted down so much that there will be no comfort in it for you.
What is a bit harder to understand is as I have allegedly driven down the SP, tried to scare off investors with my agenda etc that the trumpets on here don't pile in with their money and friend's money and make an absolute fortune. I mean after all no negative views are allowed to be aired on FLX so nothing can possibly go wrong. Even at 4p I was a supposed deramper and trying to scare people off investing. At 1.5p this must be an absolute bargain right? £950 quids worth of buys so far since the fall so c'mon guys fill yer boots.
NAI. DYOR. Personal position declaration. At 2.8p the BEST SHORT on AIM. I would not invest a single penny ever in FLX no matter the price and no matter what money is to be made.
