Oops I fell for it. My bad. I can throw out a Friday positive as FLX is up 2.82%. There seems to have been some buying interest, although small in value, which has given a slight lift to FLX on a soggy market day.

Teddy what makes you think they would release them midway through the day or later? Tell you what if they sneak them out after hours today there will be a reason for it (and not a good one from an investors pov)!

the results are not released today or Monday by the company how will posters here feel? Is it just one of those things? Or a company that can't be trusted? After all Mike Read and the FD both said end of Month July or beginning of August. I said before I think it will be Mid August. It will be pretty rum if they release it on my date :)

Much appreciated though I know you and I really have no issues with another opinion and it is a pity to clog up the thread with exchanges against a poster. There have been loads of such " You can post what you what you want,, You are always negative.. why do you post.?I wouldn't post if I were you. " posters. I have seen them all off. We will soon have more concrete stuff to discuss as results are imminent.

Hi MissTP62, I am always assigned an agenda here but honestly I don't want to counter any positivity. I welcome it in fact as it runs counter to my world view of FLX. I don't require any medals therefore. I do say that if FLX plays out contrary to my expectations then I will be posting here. Not like those at 54p,22p, 8p,6p,4p who abused any contrarian opinion and tried to ascribe an agenda who have long since disappeared.
See how we are defaulting to the results to find the current situation. That I am happy with, I remain unhappy with those who try to ascribe an agenda, or advise that they themselves would not post on a share they do not hold etc simply because I don't have the same view they have.

Actually Fairview I stand corrected on this and I apologise to you because you are right it was 1.675p on the 9th July and 1.615p on the 10th. I am glad you have corrected this point.
In terms of you leaving posters to it, that is a matter for you and of course I would never say you shouldn't post. I have nothing to fear from your posts. But you waiting for the results is different from what you were saying before. You somehow seem to have edited out the fact that I too am waiting for the results.

Previously of course you were looking for a hidden agenda while welcoming negative posts but criticising me for posting . negatively and advising me not to post. That has been a blind alley for you. From my POV any poster who believes in the company and can argue for it, it is a pity if they don;t post as I get an inisght other than my own. But I never advise posters to post or not to post and I am not a self-appointed policeman ( except in cases of blatant ramping on any share whether I hold or not.)

Morning Missthepenny. Thanks for the compliment. Public service is a duty not a burden :) Thanks for banging the drum for FLX. I feel I need to correct you on one point. The company have a duty to announce news even in a closed period. They are just prohibited from buying and selling shares.
It is good to see the statement about funding memorialised although expecting and near future are woolly words at times when it suits. But we shall see.
Unfortunately you have come up with a non sequitur in linking "continuously buying" with inexplicably low . One of the board has spent 11000 in 3 trades in the last calendar year to date. Some PI's would spend that in a week. It is a non sequitur anyway as the "ridiculously low price" as you and they would have it has got even lower after their purchases.
Turner Pope lead fundraising for FLX so lol your advice to watch their presentation and make your own mind up should carry a wealth warning as it is not independent.
In terms of risk I am pretty sure- open to correction though- that someone had 2.5 million of these in a trust when they were 54p and this holding is worth 43750 today if they held on. High risk indeed :)

Morning NS. We shall see. You might have timed it right and hopefully you did. It will be your turn to say I told you so and I will be posting to concede. The good thing about FLX is that we are moving quickly to what should be a pivot point for the company. You made an excellent point before about reading stuff the way we want it to sound and not how it actually is. Of course with my negative view of FLX I am guilty of the same thing. And it is the very thing we both should avoid- i.e reading into the results what we have thought all along- so that we can determine whether this is indeed a recovery play or a plate spinning exercise on AIM where the BOD are enriched but investors only enraged.

NS. There is probably a decent poster in there and he is probably just frustrated with his investment to see the incongruity of being open to other's opinions but not wanting others to express these opinions as they don't mirror his own views/hopes.

So the beginning of August arrives and no update. As before they should release the results by the 5th of August to comply with what they said in presentations. If an update arrives we will have more concrete evidence to dissect here and see who is on the money and who is not.

Fairview you seem to have cognitive dissonance on your approach to negative comments. You clearly do have an issue with negative postings as you seek to find an agenda, a reason or an anything which will give you a comfort blanket as to why I post negative on FLX. You question no other poster on why they post. Not one. Just the negative one. Me.
You are missing Noel's point anyway. He does believe in the company or else he would not have bought or at least believes it can better from here. However he accepts as I do that there are other opinions to his and mine. The sp and the results soon will be the ultimate arbiter of whether you and Noel or I are/am right. You can;t buck the market you know.

Fairview it is not possible to ever have bought FLX in the 1.6s. Don;t take my word for it though I have been following it for years. Check LSE above or even better go to the London Stock Exchange site and check the five year graph. it has NEVER been 1.6p anything to buy. I don't say this for an argument. It is easily checkable by anyone who cares to. Funnily enough most gamblers will tell you that they are about break even and I mentioned the DNA thing before. I will leave it there anyhow as it is easily checkable by any person.

There are far more issues in cyber security than trust and don;t these guys laud themselves as having a defense and security background. A crowded market, margin, the difficulty in keeping up with threats, the cost of having a listing, the problems about disclosing contracts and their value for security and confidentiality reasons.

If FLX is such a great deal why don't Solar Winds buy them? Its revenue is half a billion dollars and SP about 17.5 usd.

FLX once put a ludicrous comment in their results that they knew they had a good product because the people they were speaking to were telling them that. Anyhow we will soon reach a pivot pint when the results come out by the 5th or my guess Mid August.

No problem Fairview though I have posted many times already. My interest in FLX began when I first came on to question a rise from 45p to 54p. There was an obnoxious moron called t-fish who has changed his name to something similar to fallingknife who abused any person who questioned the rise or had a contrarian opinion. He said this was going to 80p. I was interested, and still am, in discussions about the company. I predicted a placing when it was at 22p and called this the best short around at 2.8p. All those who abused me for my contrarian opinion at 54p, 22p,8p,6p and 4p are long gone. I have long advised against investing this company as I think it is as bad as it gets on AIM. I have no problem with people who like the share and ascribe no labels or agendas to them as you may or nor notice. I would never invest a penny in it but am curious to see how it plays out. I hope Noel Shempsky makes money and I am proved wrong because he is a decent guy and can see both sides of the debate. I have never run away here when my predictions are wrong or try to say negative things for the sake of it. Another reason for me to follow this is to see if my instincts are right or wrong. And finally all those such as yourself who do want constant negative posting must have an agenda or a fear. Please show me one example, just one, of where I have told anyone positive on FLX not to post- apart from that obnoxious buffoon T Fish! if i did. You see I welcome contrarian positions here which is why i have saved myself a lot of money on FLX. Go on then just one where I have told a poster not to post.

Fairview how could you have made money from this share?
I have noticed one thing that is common in the DNA of all those who don't like a contrarian view on a share they hold, that think if you are not invested you shouldn't post, that if you don't like a share/BOD that you have an agenda, is that they never ever admit that they are making a loss on the share. Incredible. Literally.
Over to Fairview then on how you could possibly make money on Falanx unless you had incredible luck or foresight.?

As for how do I know there will be a placing? Simply put, it is a company that lives and breathes placings. It has cash burn and quite a few snouts in the trough. It hass appointed Stifel, a finance house ( for what purpose?) And it has not announced any contracts of note. The longer these factors are in play, the more inevitable a placing is.
I doubt you will answer about how you could possibly have made money from this share but I sure am on tnterhooks to hear.

The appointment of Stifel as broker is a positive
The tie up with Solarwinds is a positive
The fact that Mike Read regularly buys shares and has over 10m is a positive
The fact that a couple of new institutions came on board at the last fundraising is a positive

The contrarian case
Stifel are well known fundraisers i.e more dilution for investors in a company that lives and breathes placings
Nothing of note on Solarwinds has ever been reported by the company
Mike Read is well salaried and has on paper lost money on every investment he has made in FLX. He has spent 45000 on shares in two years which is a small proportion of his salary though significant in fairness for others.
These new investors are also under water.

No toys thrown out Fairview. Unlike you I never tire of someone having a different opinion to me. I don't question your motives for posting here. I can make my own judgements on the value of your posts without attaching a label to you. See how we differ in so many ways? Your statement about discussing merits and potential downsides is clearly untrue though as you don't want someone who is constantly negative posting here right? They should after all do what you do and stop posting/following right? Or you mean they have a budget of one negative/downside comment and must then quit?
Thanks Teddy for your comments. I get Fairview like most others are losing money here but my posting will not change that. I sincerely hope I am wrong Teddy for your sake but we shall soon find out.

Is this a serious statement Fairview?? Do you think I should be positive on a company that has fallen from 54p to 1.78p while I have been posting on this?? Would you do that with any other share? Perhaps being a holder clouds your judgement but seriously??
I have answered the second part of your question about why I post and follow this share many times to the likes of Dodgepot who among other of his ilk only like the sound of his own voice and doesn't think anyone who has a contrarian view on this should post. Sadly that seems the implication of your question too. Oh well.

Thanks for clarification Fairview. I think it is BS from the company incidentally about the delay as I have pointed out the results were 14th August last year. Hardly a delay then. So unless they are issued later today we know the first part by end of month is not true. I think it is fair to give them until Monday the 5th then to see if they can keep to a timetable. In terms of their partnership with Solar Winds perhaps they are holding back the information for some (placing) announcement or there isn't anything to report as detail has been scant so far. Falling again today and given it was only rescued last time by a flurry of buys who were probably bottom fishing, we may be heading towards new lows.
