Are Sound Boy and Crude still posting here? SoundBoy used to spout nonsense about a date here and what appeared to be ramping rubbish. There must be quite a few of the usual suspects posted missing or gone postal.

Sure Gold Dust! Unlike you I welcome discussion. I don't object to someone having another view. I can accept when someone has that view without attaching labels to them (unless it is Chinese Donald Trump with his incessant ramping and nonsense). This has been exemplary on how not to run a company. Sure some people have done very well out of Sound. But others who bought into the hype must be nursing hefty losses. A serial disappointer!

Excellent results today and the good update is just the tip of the iceberg. Peel Hunt has raised its target to 710p and I plan to accumulate more before it races away.

Morning GLR. Thanks for the kind words. Noel is the only decent poster here and I hope this turns round for him. I have tried to put a spotlight on what I see as a bunch of charlatans running the company. More specifically a spotlight on the persistent waffle from a jam tomorrow company run only on placings. That 4 million will be burnt through and it is a question of whether the company is generating enough to wash its own face as it said it was. The lack of contract announcements is telling imo and I would set no store about the jollies masquerading as investor forums FLX attended in November 2018 and May 2019. At 2.85p I said on this board that FLX is the best short around. At 1.85p it is obviously less so. I suppose investors who think cyber is a hot spot who see how far FLX has fallen might be drawn in. However there can't be one LTH who has made a penny out of this. Not one.

The next time you have a share taht is being ramped to the detriment of ordinary PI's you might allow someone else to have a different opinion to yours. Otherwise you may very well end up where you are here again.

GLR, I think 1.6 or 1.5p bid is on the way. After that flurry and the large trade ( who is underwater already) this has been friendless. That 1.75p bid is all but certain to give way.

The annual results were mid August last year so i would expect them to be around the same time this year. The spread at 1.5p will be large I would think and any exiting in volume will be below this price. What makes you think that price will be any different GLR incidentally?? It has fallen through every support level here. At one point anytime I posted here I was called a deramper with an agenda. Now there is only really Noel who posts. I suspect most holders have written this off as an investment. Of course you can make a turn on it GLR if it eventually turns good. I can;t see how they would get another placing away but perhaps that is why Steiffel were hired. One thing for sure small PI's won;t be allowed on the gravy train if there is a placing and warrants. Mind you it might not be a bad thing as every placing has lost money here for those unfortunate enough to have taken part.

Getting mighty tempting now. Don't see another offer emerging. However they are looking to wrap this up by the end of July so not long to wait. I am holding myself to get the divi and avoid dealing costs. I can't see it falling through and am reassured by the large buying interest despite the SP being a smidge off the offer.

Morning Rugs. It shows you with the premium paid that this is an excellent company. A pity about the dodgy related transactions which weighed on the share. A few handy divis along the way. My second buy at 208p garnered a few pence but my 83p is kachhhhhingggg today.

Not sure what to make of it Teddy. It is a fair old statement and has reawoken the SP. Sometimes these trades are delayed reporting and so it could have been a sell when the SP was 1,8p bid and 1.9p ask but only appeared when the SP was pushed down and new bid was 1.7p and new ask 1.8p. However as the price has recovered, it looks like a buy to be fair and someone paid over the odds for the buy. The thing is though Teddy there are no announcements of contracts, no real news on how much cash they have left and these flurries of buying never last long. As I pointed out before trading has been abnormally thin in FLX with today an exception. I doubted last time that a director would buy any shares but I was wrong. I can;t see today being a director buy either but am prepared to be shot down if wrong.

I had hoped just under 1000p was the low point but the continual falls have become too much. Watch it recover now :0

It must have been a delayed reported sell or else the price would have recovered. That said there has been lots of selling recently in PI parcels which inevitably made the SP capitulate. If a sell, I do wonder what price that holder paid for these shares. Still silence from the company and Dodge Pot and posters like him who were non too complimentary when this was higher up in SP terms.

what about Gold Dust and his ramping mates. Will probably pop up now to say s/he has sold out. Of course ignoring the abuse he heaped on posters who were sceptical from 12p. Not much talk of shorts now and deramping from these clowns. I guess the SP has a way of educating them in the way normal folks can't.

Noel/Teddy. Desperately sorry for your paper losses here! As I suspected we are in new territory now, I feel like having a look back at the posts when this was 22p, 15p8p and 6p when I was getting dogs abuse for ahem deramping this share and advised not to post here as I am not a holder. Needless to say they have been awarded with the SP they deserve. I wonder now will some placing be in the offing. The company should really note the decline in the SP and say how trading is going. The longer they stay silent the more it looks like something is afoot.

Looks like no substance so far Laste but this BB has been ramp free today so at least the concerted effort to ramp this last week has not been in evidence today. It might just have been punters thinking it had fallen back far enough to be worth a gamble. The RNS showed that the speculation was idle so I can't think what these punters believe is yet to emerge. Perhaps they literally buy into these conspiracies theories that the MM's are rigging the market against TECH and other absurd ideas they want to believe in.

Zac not invested and never have. I was interested in the rise last week and questioned at 12p whether it was worth chasing this. Only here to provide some balance to the "get in quick" and crazy conspiracies theories. I have made no comments on where the SP is going except to advise the appearance of rampers is to me a strong sell signal. I get plenty of abuse for having a different opinion to these rampers. I don't mind their opinion but object when they blatantly make stuff up as they did last week or repeatedly post blatant ramps. There is no BB requirement that you have to be a holder to post as you know. Good job as these BB's would be useless!
